freddieb departs Ancient

Fredrik "⁠freddieb⁠" Buö has announced he will no longer play with Ancient.

Ancient will no longer be able to rely on freddieb as the Swede has announced that he will not be part of the team moving forward. The 25-year-old stated that he needs a change of environment and will continue to play and develop while listening to offers from all over the world.

freddieb is stepping down just weeks after Nicolas "⁠Plopski⁠" Gonzalez Zamora was called to join Ninjas in Pyjamas. Denis "⁠grux⁠" Gutaj had been brought on as a stand-in for two events to substitute after the youngster's departure, but it was finally Andreas "⁠MODDII⁠" Fridh who was brought on trial recently to fill the open spot in the roster.

During his time in Ancient, freddieb finished second at DreamHack Open Summer, where he and his teammates lost to OpTic, and they qualified for the Europe Minor but were unable to go past 7-8th place.

Without freddieb, Ancient are now:
