Gambit Major-winning trio reunite for WESG qualifiers

K23 will field a team with the Major-winning trio consisting of Rustem "⁠mou⁠" Telepov, Mihail "⁠Dosia⁠" Stolyarov, and Abay "⁠HObbit⁠" Khassenov, who will be joined by Aidyn "⁠KrizzeN⁠" Turlybekov and Bektiyar "⁠fitch⁠" Bahytov.

Gambit players mou and Dosia, who have been inactive since the beginning of the year, will team up with former AVANGAR players KrizzeN and fitch, as well as HellRaisers' transferlisted player HObbit to compete in this year's WESG qualifiers.

mou, Dosia and Hobbit will reunite under K23

Under the new WESG rules, only a core of three players need be from the same country, which allows for Dosia to join the majority-Kazakh lineup for the upcoming qualifier.

The WESG qualifiers are currently on the local stage, after which there will be regional qualifiers and the World Finals, slated for early 2020, which will take place in Chongqing, China.

The K23 WESG 2019 roster features:
