cadiaN joins Heroic

After a two-week stand-in period with HEROIC, Casper "⁠cadiaN⁠" Møller has officially joined the ranks of the Danish team, transfering from North.

Inking a long-term deal with HEROIC comes after cadiaN stood in for the side multiple times, including two stints in 2017 when he helped them qualify for IEM Katowice and ESL One Cologne.

cadiaN most recently came in to fill in for Benjamin "⁠blameF⁠" Bremer and averaged a 1.11 rating over 12 maps played, also recording a 100% map win rate over the two-weeks with Marco "⁠Snappi⁠" Pfeiffer and co.

cadiaN returns to action after being replaced by JUGi in North

In the 10 maps played as a stand-in, the 24-year-old has been picking up the AWP a lot, securing 58.33% of his kills with the Big Green, which could free Patrick "⁠es3tag⁠" Hansen of the primary AWPer role, something the team tried to solve earlier this year by adding Niels Christian "⁠NaToSaphiX⁠" Sillassen.

Talking about the move, cadiaN and Snappi had the following to say:

The new HEROIC lineup will debut on LAN shortly, at ESL Pro League Season 10, where they will take on Ninjas in Pyjamas at 22:15 .

Getting top 5-6 and 7-8 in tier 1 events" i basically the definition of tier 2. tier 1 teams are at least top 10 hltv, maybe even higher, and/or finish top 4 at big events.
