SPELLAN parts ways with Phoenix
Teodor "SPELLAN" Nikolov is no longer a member of Phoenix, the player has announced on social media.
In a Twitlonger, the 21-year-old announced he has stepped down from Phoenix following a period of instability since the departure of Helvijs "broky" Saukants last month, with the Bulgarian player citing a subsequent decline in mood and motivation in the team as the main reason for him leaving.
SPELLAN had been a part of Phoenix since the team was dropped by Epsilon back in July, with the player continuing to compete alongside his long-term teammates, Kia "Surreal" Man and Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel.

During his time with Phoenix, SPELLAN and his squad competed in a number of tournaments, with the side most notably missing out on the MSI MGA 2019 trophy after a narrow loss to Gambit Youngsters in the grand final.
The Bulgarian player will reveal more about his journey in the coming days, where he will "start fresh elsewhere".
Phoenix now have:
Kia "Surreal" Man
Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel
Thomas "Thomas" Utting (trial)
Flatron "juanflatroo" Halimi (trial)
