syrsoN leaves Sprout

Florian "⁠syrsoN⁠" Rische has departed Sprout, the German organization has announced.

According to DBLTAP, the AWPer and his now former teammate Nils "⁠k1to⁠" Gruhne are linked with a move to BIG, who are looking to once again return to an all-German lineup following an underwhelming year.

Another report suggests Sprout are looking to fill the gap left by the 23-year-old with ex HellRaisers and MOUZ player Tomáš "⁠oskar⁠" Šťastný, who has been teamless since parting ways with the former organization in October.

syrsoN is reportedly being targetted by BIG

syrsoN played for Sprout since the beginning of the year, having joined the team in early January alongside Sabit "⁠mirbit⁠" Coktasar after the organization decided to move away from a German-Danish combination for 2019.

Bolstered by the former ALTERNATE aTTaX player, Sprout went to the finals of Charleroi Esports and Copenhagen Games before making a couple of changes, as Denis "⁠denis⁠" Howell left for BIG in May, with k1to replacing him on the roster, before returning again in September in place of mirbit.

The team peaked at No.19 in the ranking in July but remained titleless on international soil for the rest of the year, picking up two more runner-up finishes at Games Clash Masters and DreamHack Open Atlanta before ending the year with an ESL Meisterschaft Winter trophy.

smh i think tabseN IGLing is fine so far, they just need more structure and tactical input in general and therefore they should add gob b as their coach und put tow b in another position. i think, it is really helpful having a former IGL/player doing that coaching stuff as he knows better how to handle with teammates, hype them up and work out tactical stuff to develop the teams' overall gameplay.

The problem with BIG is their consistency, rarely do the whole team play well, when there have been wins it’s been down to one or two players pulling the team through to a win. The line up was given enough time, this roster change was overdue. Nex can be a great player, but half the time he’s a no show. Tizian, sick support player, massively underrated. Smooya, while he was initially arrogant/overly cocky, he’s grown up and matured. In game he’s been inconsistent, he’s shown multiple times he’s capable of playing at a high enough level, but he’ll hit crazy shots and then miss the most easiest. XAN is either smashing everything or doing not a lot, again an issue with consistency. I wouldn’t blame tabsen for leaving, he’s been more than loyal to the team. I think this will be the last throw of the dice for him before he throws the towel in and moves on - I envisage he’ll have the final say in the imminent roster changes. XAN and Smoo leaving, in all honesty (as much as I like him) nex should be going too.
