AVANGAR unveil new Kazakhstani squad coached by lmbt

AVANGAR have announced their new Kazakhstani squad branded AVANGAR Q.

The AVANGAR Q squad consists of a full-Kazakh line-up featuring young up-and-comers. The five youngsters will be guided by Ukrainian veteran ex-pro and coach Sergey "⁠lmbt⁠" Bezhanov, formerly of HellRaisers and MOUZ.

The roster is composed of the four-man core of ex-OG GANG SQUAD in Temirlan "⁠TNDKingg⁠" Nurmagamet, Makhambet "⁠montana⁠" Nurlybyekuly, Alan "⁠hidenway⁠" Dyusembayev and Diyar "⁠spellfull⁠" Issakhanov, who performed at a handful of online qualifiers and local events, such as the Burabay Cyber Cup and, most recently, the WESG 2019 Kazakhstan qualifier. Completing the squad is Aidos "⁠kade0⁠" Khairzhan, formerly of OneWay.

lmbt is back to coaching with AVANGAR Q

Yongun Kim, CEO of AVANGAR, explained that signing the young roster is a large step for the organisation and players:

"This is a big step for the entire club and players, whom we have been following for the past few months. The opportunity to play our role in furthering professionals of the new generation is a very valuable resource, which should be utilised with care. I would like to welcome TNDKingg, howl, hidenway, kade0 and spellfull to the AVANGAR Q roster and ask for our fans to provide them with support for the upcoming ESL One Rio CIS Minor.

I am also happy to see lmbt take on a mentorship role in the team. His first victories were achieved before the birth of some players in the squad, and his up-to-date coaching experience in CIS and Europe will be a great foundation for developing talanted and motivated professionals."

The AVANGAR Q roster will make its debut at the CIS Minor Open qualifiers taking place from February 2-15. Here, the new squad will face some of the region's fiercest opponents in hopes to advance to the closed stage of the qualifiers.

AVANGAR Q consist of the following six individuals:
