EM GC Chengdu group draw

The group draw for the Extreme Masters Global Challenge Chengdu is now over, and twelve teams have learned their fate.

fnatic will be confident of getting through the group stage after being paired with two Chinese teams, TyLoo and SC.United.

The new SK Gaming team, who have yet to be announced, will have to work hard to progress in the competition as they will tackle WeMade FOX and k23.

GameGune winners Evil Geniuses will come up against Made in Brazil, now captained by Bruno "bit" Fukuda, and TitaNs eSports, who failed to impress in Bilbao earlier this summer.

mousesports look to have been handed the most favourable draw as they will clash the new wNv.cn line-up, which features Biaohong "Rita" Huang and Yi "zy" Zhou, and Uzbekistani side PinCho Wings.

nah prd left cogu still in the line, but he tought to mibr web site that maybe this season is his last. ps: Mibr is practicing (16:00-05:00)hrs 13 hours Monday to friday and bootcamping every weekend. We will see a strong mibr in WCG global finals.

i agree with that,but if they take face and khrystal,or even Snajdan with who they have trained,i think that they can manage to adapt and play well because all of them are very good players.Plus,i'm sure that since SK kicked out zet and zneel,they are training with some other 2 players,knowing that EM GC comes soon.

EG(back when they were coL) has easily taken down TitaNs so I don't expect EG to have any trouble there. But as far as MIBR goes I think EG has a good as chance as taking MIBR down as they did WeMade FOX at GameGune Mexico 2009. Obviously both MIBR and WeMade FOX are dangerous teams if you underestimate them but I think EG can handle them both. The great test for EG this event will be fnatic and Mouse Sports. I am actually having a good feeling about k23 to be honest. I could see them placing 4th this event... maybe. Only time will tell. I really love the groups though for this event. WIll be full of great matches all around... it'll be so hard to choose who to watch! :P

No doubt. :D fRoD has gotten his AWP back so that whole face off against cogu will be nice. Interested in seeing which of the two dominate in the match. If EG can continue to improve the way they drastically seemed to at GameGune Mexico 2009 I have no doubt that EG could topple MIBR. Afterall WeMade FOX in my opinion is better than MIBR... so if EG can take WeMade FOX in two bo3's in a row that says something. :P Will surely be a great match though! Good luck EG! ^______^

MiBR is training really hard, this tournament will be good to see how the new lines of MiBR and SK will work. MiBR got stronger captained by bit, and I think also SK got stronger with the player face. Maybe TyLoo could surprise fnatic, the chineses will be animated for this GC Chengdu.
