WESG Russia Finals details released

UCC have shared details regarding the scheduling and location of the WESG Russia Finals, set to take place on February 29.

The LAN finals of the regional qualifier will be held in Kirov, Russia on Saturday, February 29 in the form of a gaming festival. Over the course of the day, two best-of-three series will take place, deciding one male and one female roster to make it through to the WESG Global Finals.

The $1,000,000 WESG 2019 Global Finals event was scheduled to take place in March 2020, but due to fears of coronavirus — which already saw a qualifier canceled — is rumored to be postponed for a later date.

Jerry and company will aim to advance to the WESG 2019 Global Finals

The pairing for the female stand-off has been decided, as directly-invited ex-Lazarus fe and victors of the female CIS closed qualifier, NOFEAR5, will butt heads for a spot at the Global Finals at 08:00 .

Later in the day at 12:00 , FORZE, who also received a direct invite, will tackle the squad to top the WESG Russia closed qualifier. The qualifier is currently underway with the likes of Spirit, and pro100 in competition, and is set to conclude on February 14.
