Wisla Krakow part ways with kaper, morelz

Wisla Krakow have announced the departures of Kacper "⁠kaper⁠" Słoma and Piotr "⁠morelz⁠" Taterka.

The duo had joined Wisla Krakow in October 2019, when the Polish football club ventured into Counter-Strike with the signing of the adwokacik roster, headlined by veteran Grzegorz "⁠SZPERO⁠" Dziamałek.

The team hit a rough patch of form towards the end of the year, finishing in 5th-6th place at the Polish Esport League Autumn Finals, and results have remained undistinguished in 2020. Wisla Krakow failed to go beyond the Round of 32 in the open qualifiers for the Europe Minor and currently have a 3-3 record in ESEA MDL.

kaper and morelz part ways with the adwokacik core

The organization has not commented on who will be replacing the duo, but replacements are expected to be announced in the coming days as the team will play their next MDL match in just a week's time.

With the announced departures, Wisla Krakow are down to:

Dude wisla was tier4 since beginning and was not progressing. I like such changes because it gives me hope that the Polish scene will get up to top but it is always end the same anyway..

nah man, if Ukraine was able to have a comeback in 2018, then Poland can definitely have a good team again. Imo, VP were unmotivated cuz they were just farming their salary and everyone else was discouraged by not being in VP. Now Polish scene can get extremely motivated as there's no longer a top Polish team and anyone can get on top. Some huge shuffles in the Polish scene will probably happen this year and we might even have a tier 1/2 Polish team again. I believe in you mens)) pozdro
