x6tence sign Copenhagen Flames roster

x6tence, now under the ownership of Giants, have signed the CS:GO roster previously playing for Copenhagen Flames.

Last week HLTV.org reported that Giants and Copenhagen Flames were engaged in talks for the transfer of the Danish CS:GO roster, which would be brought on to represent the Spanish organization’s recently acquired x6tence brand after their former Argentinean lineup headlined by Nicolas "⁠NikoM⁠" Miozzi and Jonathan "⁠JonY BoY⁠" Muñoz was let go.

The transfer has now become official as x6tence announced the signing of the Danish team, making it their second foray into Nordic territory after fielding a Swedish roster in 2018 and 2019, named x6tence Galaxy, that included current Ninjas in Pyjamas players Nicolas "⁠Plopski⁠" Gonzalez Zamora and Tim "⁠nawwk⁠" Jonasson.

Copenhagen Flames peaked at #30 in the rankings in February, and although they have since lost three important players in Asger "⁠AcilioN⁠" Larsen (MAD Lions), René "⁠TeSeS⁠" Madsen (HEROIC) and Asger "⁠Farlig⁠" Jensen (GODSENT), they managed to not dip too far in the rankings, sitting at #41 in the world ahead of their acquisition by x6tence.

Their first game under x6tence will be against none other than Ninjas in Pyjamas, on June 25, when the two teams will face off in their cs_summit 6 Europe opening match, a crucial tournament for the Danes who lost 20% of their 700 RMR points earned in ESL One: Road to Rio when Farlig moved to GODSENT.

Only Riders and Mix have lvl to compete in international events. Riders signed Steel for being IGL and was a nice deal. And Mixwell is playing Valorant stomping all the teams with a mix and now he is on G2 building a Valorant team.
