aSpx responds to cheating claims

Pedro "aSpx" Slatovisk has released a video explaining his controversial plays at the WCG qualifier.

The Brazilian player, on the books of ECO-COBRA, has been accused of cheating after a video showing some questionable moves at the WCG qualifier was uploaded onto Youtube.

In light of the latest developments, Slatovisk noted he would be at MegaLan in São Paulo this afternoon, where he would explain the actions that had brought criticism upon him.

And, as promised, Slatovisk is currently bootcamping at MegaLan with his team, where he made a video that responds to the one released by NooBusters.

Dude honestly, the difference between a cheater and a good player is the way he moves with his crosshair. i am not saying he cheated, but i don't totally think he was clean. first .. notice when he is holding middle how he isn't caring about someone comin to wards him at the same level, a real threat he only covers ... WALLS! wtf?!? and the most suspicious of them all is the one when coming B on dust2 from the tunnel and he is aiming at the crack. he not only waits for the guy to peak with zoom or double zoom (when someone could enter the bombsite from the double doors walking and totally surprise him) but he tries to bang the wall at the exact spot where the guy was and that is to overconfident that someone will not push him and no one is inside the bombsite cause everyone can hear an AWP shot. until i undertsand his explanatin for this action with totally good arguments i still consider him .. suspicious!

Like i said in my last comment in the other new's page.. The guy who recorded that crapy movie saying that is cheating.. he only recorded almost in every round the frag time or aspx trying to walbang .. he didn't fallow the all round and he didn't recorded the video with ingame sound there existe team comunication there is insoundgaming a lot of people say that is really hard to hear something in lan i disagree. With good phones and cs configuration you can turn until 5volume in game.. i fallowed the all wcg br final and i watched eco cobra i don't think that he was cheating... some people are making videos like this to do the tipical "brainwash" to the stupid people.. to make people bealive that he was hacking. Think outside of the box and u will realise that some of that plays weren't that special.

2 Hs on D2 on doubledoors covered by smoke. He shot excatly at the same moment the head passed the left door. The video show that no one could see anything at this moment. Getting luck on time is something but at this level it's obviously cheating man!

The only ones that look fishy to me are the one to the guy boosted in mid, and when he is at connector in train and shoots exactly where the T is. The d2 B is also weird as hell, but I guess you can call that luck.

the awp shot on dust2 is the most suspicious one because it's kinda odd to aim that point where u dont even worry if the Ts would sneak or peek the mid through the smoke. Btw it seems like he uses 16bits in the video...

Basicly he was saying that he heard the foot steps and most of the times he's team mates were telling him stuff and also the direction of nades (where they came from etc, like in the D2 B bs, when he shot the guy in the window he said that the nade clearly pointed to a player outside the bs and he didnt hear any footsteps so it would be a logical place, so basicly game sound and communication is the reason why ppl think he cheated. When FCPORTO says "haxx" he means "wallbang". That's the translation. Like when he said: 1.08 "that explains the haxxing(wallbanging)" 2.13 "i think that explains why im trying to hax(wallbang)" I hope that helped if anyone was confused by the wrong term :)

Well, I think the haxx = cheats definition is originally correct, however, when people nowadays refer to haxxing they are refering to wallbanging. Legit. You could make almost from any pro match clip like this of someone. This clip shows exactly that team communication and game sounds bring a lot more view and ffs this was lan match, for sure someone checked his monitor. Total bs who made this up.

yeah they was duka. in a interview to the firegamez websitge aspx says that one former player from crashsers haver confirmed that they use that tatic for along time and most of times in brasil that watched there demos or played them on d2 can expect that move .. is obvious is like some guys keep doing the same rush in yellowhouse everytime because it works.. after some time using that tatic, probably they will get spamed and walbangued.. that plays are pretty normal if u see the plays in the noobbusters video yeah u will think that he's cheating obvious that you will think that he hes always looking trhow the walls... because they recorded that away with no sound to look like is cheating.. and they didn't record the all round segment with their m8's beeing killed or spamed and reporting to him what is happening.. btw it's more easy for people to think they cheat and call him a noob than realise that the guy is pretty damn skilled and his team have good comunication.

The only two clips that look dodgy to me are: - The awp on de_train from connector on that guy through the wall by bomb train - The awp from B tun to window when he never saw him, Other than that I dont think he is. So what he is actually is proving is that his reactions are beyond human capabilities (i.e. awp @ train) and that he has HLTV-smoke (aka nada). 2:12 is the most obvious anyways, way more obvious than the one at d2 where he wallbangs the boosted guy.

Look at the new video. How he entered the B bombsite is just pathetic, there were over 20 spots where he didn't check and 2 rounds showed how differently he reacted to the ct's different spot... Omg, this second vid explains everything. 2 rounds entering B and 2 times he watched exactly where CT was. When he was entering next time, he didn't look at the spot where the CT was before, but noone knows why he looked right, next time exactly where the CT was :)

Well, most was ok.. but the one where he goes into B with doublezoom, without checking other spots but just retardedly aiming at the CT whos hiding behind the box... is pure cheating. some people say that you can recognize cheater by movement and aimin, yes, i agree, but this guy got caught on not checking (usual)spots when there is no enemy. that 1 time on b as i already mentioned, and 2 times at ramp, he never checked the spot behind stairs or the one a little further behind a lil corner. Every player checks such spots, especially if you go alone with an awp (actually rarely who goes ramp alone with an awp while most of ur teammates are alive, but nvm). he probably was thinking.. oh i see lil dots on the screen, im going to kill em all...(oops i see they are going to flash me, i need to get out of here!). He released this video... huhuh, he explained! He explained nothing but the one lucky shot on b, where was the retarded doublezoom aiming and walkin towards b from tunnel? Where were the deep ramp episodes? Another cheater. Nothing new -.- Its the new way to get known in cs world.
