Martin "guddo" Cording, the manager of the Danish team mTw, is to part ways with the organization.

After having an active role in mTw / NoA for four glorious years, Martin "guddo" Cording has become the latest change in a revamped mTw. In an interview conducted with XplayN, he states:

"Well it has been a rollercoaster-ride of epic proportions, and bad experiences have been somewhat of a rollercoaster-ride also. Something that can't be bought for money and experiences I personally will never forget. Particular moments are of course stage shows with an enormous crowd that really gets your adrenaline coursing through your veins.

There is no longer a use for my unique set of skills... I am the best in the world at handling this job - and since they [mTw] don't need my help, I doubt that there is someone new coming."

When asked about what he is going to miss most about stepping down, he replied:

"I will definitely miss the trips we made together - as I mentioned above they were really great some of them. Its actually a little strange, not just because I am not going with the team - but also that I probably won´t meet all the people I have been surrounded with at the different tournaments through the years."

guddo has played a vital role in the success of mTw, which at its peak saw mTw recognised as the best team in the world. His descision comes as he aims to concentrate on various other projects, none of which, he claims, are e-sports related.

mTw is destroyed. I doubt they can achieve that much with the current roster and their beloved manager gone! We'll see, but they will need even more teamplay than they had with the old roster to beat the likes of SK, fnatic, etc. Good luck anyway!

Easy now. See what SK did with 1week to practice and still won the last tournament. Guddo says there isnt need of him anymore so its not about mTw ending. We all got told a year ago that mTw might start concentrating more with school etc. Just wait and see what they can perform the next match :)

I'm not saying they can't win, but it should be harder now, at least for a while. Anyhow, it is just sad to see these 3 part ways, the team was brilliant overall.

Well u wrote mTw is destroyed :D But anyway I agree with you its gonna get tuff ;) But the last thing I heard was that Zonic said mTw is not in any crisis what-so-ever so should be interesting to see their next match

Yes but MJE is in the team as inactive, and when he will pas his exams he will return to the team as active player, at least i belive he will do.

mJe and whiMp is gone. mTw is done IMO. trace was a good replacement, but the lose of mJe is devastating, no one can match his aim and skill. mTw has been on a downward spiral since 2008, and it doesn't look like its getting better

As I'm living together with guddo, I can report that he was touched on the comments written yesterday (on XplayN), what a cry-baby. joke aside, Martin had a passion about his team and did all in his powers to work wonders around the team. RESPECT-4-G.

Mtw haven't really won anything this year, so lets hope the new people will keep the motivation up, since the old roster had already won it all. Gl to new mtw. IMO the most important players are still in the team, (no offense) ;) GL Guddo in the future!

End of an era. Sad to this ending I really liked those danes. Now it won't be the same but I hope they can still play great. btw Guddo best manager ever. I'm sure Nix0n will miss him at LANs.
