there are a lot of insane clips where a player aces or 4ks but the team ends up losing the map/match, these clips are clearly not about teams winning. music in the clip almost put me to sleep.

Bruh this is online CS, for all we know he could be a serious onliner. Theres no doubt he has talent, but why would a T1 team pick up a no-name based solely on online performances? It wouldn't make any sense whatsoever.

Mantuu was also good performing onliner and it didnt stop Aleksi from picking him up, because the most important thing was that he is talented. When a guy is talented to transfer the same skill into lan is just a matter of experience and providing things that will help him with it. Its not like with d0c who can only play fpl and cant do shit against teams while being in one. Also look at mezii. The guy had only few matches as far as i know, none of those was on lan. Do i have to remind u about ropz or bymas? It is possible to be picked by good org especially when player is so obviously talented.

Mantuu wasn't even the first choice for OG, Jampii was. mantuu was brought into the team out of necessity. It worked out great for OG, but again, for all we know mantuu could be an onliner. As far as I know he has only really played 2 LANs with OG, not a big sample size. Also your point about ropz and Bymas, Bymas and especially ropz was playing insane in FPL against the best players in EU, flameZ is currently playing against T2/T3 players, there's a massive difference. Sure it's still online, but its far better to take a chance on somebody performing very well online against the best players in the world than it is against somebody playing very well against dogshit teams. mezii was brought into C9 mainly because he was a super cheap option, and HenryG clearly did see talent, but as far as I can tell mezii was one of the best UK players on LAN. Again, against shitty opposition, but he has proved that he can sort of perform on LAN.

Flag checks out. Jampii showed way, way more potential than flameZ has. Plus, Jampii had played at LAN events before, and had great performances, granted, not against T1 teams, but still he showed massive potential. flameZ has looked good, but you can't sign a player based on a few highlights and highlight games. Give him another 6 months in Endpoint, see if he can keep his great form continuing. If so, then yeah he is probably worth taking a gamble on for a top 10/15/20 org. But why would any org sign him after a few months of good performances all online. That is just plain retarded.
