xek makes EYESports return

EYESports have confirmed that Alexandr "xek" Zobkov has returned to the Counter-Strike team.

Alexandr "xek" Zobkov had been tipped to return to EYESports after playing for them last weekend at the CGL of Russia, which was won by Virtus.pro.

EYESports have now made public that Zobkov has joined the team on a permanent basis, filling the boots of veteran Vladimir "redman" Tarasov, who has become inactive.

"It is very sad that redman has left us, he is a good player, he wants to take a break from Counter-Strike, maybe he will be back soon," Andrey "XomA" Mironenko told cyberfight.ru.

"We have picked ex-EYESports player xek, whom I believe will show good results."

The new EYESports line-up will officially have its first test against DTS.chatrix on Thursday, for the Extreme Masters European Championship.

Xoma sucks, ed1k sucks. They are gonna loose every single match @ em I like flatra & xek though. Redman was good too but xek is a good replacement.

Xek really good player, but only @ online. This depends of his computer position (he have problems with his eyes). He isnt play very well on small computer tables.

I got the same problem with eyes, because of sitting too closly for 4years.. :( and in lans i cant play with full screen! only with windows mode (LCD) bairly, but still i can play good, but i know i would play better if wasnt this shit =] and drinking alot is only getting worse..

That is bullshit. Virtus.pro is the best team in Russia hands down, unlike other russian teams they can step up their game when they are playing versus international teams on important events. forZe has the experience to perform well on international events but they are a real lan team and tp.uSports has very good players but they lack experience internationally.
