GODSENT will have another chance to make it to the playoffs in Group B's lower bracket, where they'll lock horns with North.

MOUZ took down GODSENT in a 2-1 series, repeating their feat from the two sides' previous encounter in the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown as they won the same two maps, Inferno and Train, after a close opening loss on Nuke.

With an Inferno pick having backfired in their last week's matchup against MOUZ, GODSENT opted to pick Nuke this time and were certainly better off for it. They created enough space on the Terrorist side with a successful opening stretch of the first half, picking up six rounds quickly before David "⁠frozen⁠" Čerňanský led the way to a dominant run as MOUZ turned around a 2-6 deficit for a 9-6 lead by halftime.

After losing the next pistol round, some key plays from Martin "⁠STYKO⁠" Styk in the second forcebuy and Asger "⁠Farlig⁠" Jensen a few rounds later kept GODSENT in contention and allowed them to reclaim the lead. When the map got sweaty at 13-13, a 1v2 clutch from Jesse "⁠zehN⁠" Linjala on upper broke MOUZ' bank and GODSENT closed the opening map two rounds later.

The second time around on Inferno turned out much the same way as the previous at the BLAST Showdown. MOUZ established control early on the Terrorist side on the back of a 1v3 clutch from Robin "⁠ropz⁠" Kool and a couple of disadvantageous 2vX wins, and when sides switched only the first three rounds went the other way, with frozen maintaining great form and Finn "⁠karrigan⁠" Andersen calling a couple of well-executed aggressive pushes down middle to equalize the series.

MOUZ looked just as confident on Train after GODSENT won the opening forcebuy shenanigans, with a 1v1 clutch from frozen and a ropz's triple kicking off a ten-round run of dominance on the defense. Switching sides at a 4-11 deficit, STYKO & co. once again won the pistol round and the following antiecos, but when both teams had guns in hand MOUZ were back in control, rallying to a quick 16-8 closing.
