mTw wins SLAP LIVE #19

The Danish powerhouse mTw win SLAP LIVE #19 by defeating Ravens 16-14 on inferno in the Grand Final.

mTw, who began the match as Terrorist, started out the brighter, going into the break up 9-6. In the second period, however, Ravens came out strongly and they looked like a real threat to the WCG champions.

But mTw did not lower their heads, taking a number of key rounds, which allowed them to run out 16-14 winners in what was a hard test for the Danish giants.

mTw have confirmed their number-one status in the country, but demonstrated there is still a lot of work to be done ahead of the WCG Finals.

ty, indeed they won 1 each year but they win almost every time they attend! nice url btw, interesting to watch global results (e.g k23 improvement in rankings)

mTw attend like two slap events since 2007, and they have won one of them each time.

I totally agree, Ravens played very nice in T but in CT they fell for almost every fake (I liked when mtw went b2 then b1 then b2 and it was totally clear)

Ravens looked great all tournament, hopefully the danes have 3 teams good enough to compete internationally with mTw, Ravens, and SoA (thats if friis doesn't switch teams every month and if Arcadion doesn't retire again).. Ravens could be amazing if they keep as a team..

mTw looks rich after 3 lans :P Anyway Ravens are so good or mTw is so weak lately? I know its stupid question but month ago Ravens were far from 'top teams'

mTw are still adapting to a new lineup... and have had a few 16-14 games. I think they are still very strong under pressure, but putting themselves under it too often when they don't need to. But the fact that they can pull out rounds when they need to shows strong character, and is a great foundation to build on.

mTw have still changed players in the lineup? :P - so there is not so big difference on the level of the teams anymore, but to this event, mtw have destroyed evrything really. With more practice mTw will be really really good again. Btw Ravens is a good team, not to forget :) Ravens almost won against Alternate earlier this week.

Really? Did you watch the matches from SLAP LIVE #19? Sure that minet and trace saved mTw a lot. They are still quite unsafe where they have each other, but the are strong individually.

Did you even watch their matches? :s - minet, saved mtw in alot of the rounds, lol. He played very well, one of the best players on the team to this event :)
