Valentin "⁠poizon⁠" Vasilev will sit out the $200,000 tournament because of his ongoing health issues.

Jakob "⁠JUGi⁠" Hansen will continue to stand-in for Complexity in cs_summit 7 as a temporary replacement for the Bulgarian AWPer, the organization has announced.

The tournament will be played from January 25-31, with Complexity having been placed in Group A alongside OG, fnatic, and Dignitas. The opening match of the GSL stage will see Benjamin "⁠blameF⁠" Bremer's men pitted against Maikil "⁠Golden⁠" Selim's squad on Monday at 14:00 .

JUGi will stand in for Complexity at least one more time

cs_summit 7 will be the third consecutive tournament poizon will miss after he underwent emergency surgery in early December, shortly before the team's campaign at the IEM Global Challenge.

After the team called on Otto "⁠ottoNd⁠" Sihvo at the last minute for IEM and ended the tournament in last place, JUGi stepped in at the BLAST Premier Global Final earlier in January. The latter event saw the European-American mixture eliminated early again in the double-elimination bracket following losses to two of the eventual top-three finishers of the tournament, Natus Vincere and Vitality.

in all honestly they just got shitty seedings, lost 2-0 to vitality (#2 seed + 2nd in world, and came super fucking close to beating navi who won the tournament)

wouldnt be a bad idea, he misses some kind of easy shots but it beats having no set awper + he looked a lot better than when he was on Astralis, and managed to keep up with coL until Mirage where he was always the one of the last ones left alive at the end of a round

I mean, not that well, but Konfig and BlameF and ofc also Rush did help the team to make it competitive against Navi and Vitality

Compared to how the stats normally are, everyone was like 0.85 or lower except blameF at 1.02 and rush at 1.05 which is good for him especially considering he played two losses which had dominant maps

I know that. They had very hard matchups but they didnt play well tbh. Both konfig and blame played worse than what is their standard and jugi was average. JKS is dissapointing since he joined and jugi was just average. Which is better than what i expected.

For sure, they didnt play their best, must be confusing as hell to play with new stand-ins all the time tho. JKS has been quite a disappointment so far, i think everyone had high hopes for him. I think Jugi will make a fine addition to the squad in the absense of Poizon
