Vitriolic crushed by MYM

MeetYourMakers have found their way to the Grand Final at Global Challenge Dubai, following the defeat of Vitriolic in the semifinals.

One hour and twenty minutes was all it took MYM to defeat Vitriolic, who never really got into gear today. MYM started off with thunder and lightning on inferno, finishing their CT side with 14-1, where the AWP’er on the team, Marcus "Delpan" Larsson played an outstanding defensive side. Winning T pistol and the following round where Vitriolic bought what they could, MYM cruised to win with an impressive score of 16-1 on inferno.

It was been some time since the Poles cashed in this big a defeat, we have to go back to the European Continental Finals earlier this year, mTw was able to win 16-0 on train against the Poles. Moving to second map nuke, MYM got to start CT. Once again MYM had the upper hand and Vitriolic was drained from the emotional screams that we remember them of.

MYM noted down a 13-2 score line after playing CT, really putting Vitriolic on the butchers-bench before switching to T. MYM finalized the slaughtering as T, where Vitriolic was able to win the pistol-round and following eco round by MYM, but then it was game over for Vitriolic. MYM could raise their hands with a 16-5 win on nuke and 2-0 overall.

MYM are now through to the Grand Final, where they will face the winner of the other semifinal, where we see SK Gaming taking on fnatic. The second semi-final is scheduled to start at 11:45CET.

You actually are one of the few that admits that Vitriolic isn't the best team on earth as most of the Polish members here claim them to be. I'm not saying you can't cheer for your favourite team but be realistic, and don't get on here with the GOLDEN 5 and stuff.. I think they got beaten pretty bad today and this proves they have to work on their shape now.

Come on all those kids who think that vtl is the best team in the world are full of shit. Fnatic is the best at the moment no doubt. When Poles played uder PGS branch in 2006 and 2007 they were great. Not now.

You can cheer but be realistic. I cheer for teams too but you wont hear me say that they are the best if it isn't true. Don't start talking crap on other teams dissrespecting or talking shit. "Come on all those kids who think that vtl is the best team in the world are full of shit." Comes from a Pole so I'm sure you know what I mean too.

you know it doesnt make sense to cheer your team and think they wont win match, as they still got a chance man vitriolic is great team, top 5 for sure, they always have chance to win teams like fnatic, sk (yeah I know, they recently didnt claim it), so why cant I cheer on them? there is opportunity they can win one day and ppl, true fans belive in it every single match there's no such thing in sport (esport too) like being realistic, cuz every game can be outstanding and main favour team can lose and true fans are waiting for it always peace and love

Are you to ignorant to understand what I write? You can cheer for a team but be realistic and ofcourse you CAN be realistic about an outcome in Sports and eSports. Period. I'm not even going to argue, I'm glad the ones that do understand what I'm talking about responded positively.

Im aiming for the fact that fnatic were beated easely by MYM and Alternate. And teams such as k23 and virtus beat mouz and sk. And that fnatic beat MYM in the final when it seemed so clear that MYM was the better team. And (:P) that SK who beat fnatic were beated back by fnatic, and lost with big numbers. ETC.... Get my point? :-)

Tell me, how many ESWC has MYM (begrip.swe) won? Tell me, how many WCG has MYM won? Stop talking that vTl can't show anything. Also breaq is not right... MYM can show many more. oh, and can you tell us how much time does the current MYM's lineup play together in comparision to vtL players? wow, they joined this organisation in 2009 and you're suggesting that vtL lineup have won ESWC 2007, 2008 etc. and the current MYM lineup haven't. (the answer is that they didn't even play with each other in this period of time) it's kinda strange, isn't it?

Not true. Vtl players scream a lot but to bring their game up, they're not screaming at the other team leading with a huge margine. That's just disrespectful toward those guys that are struggling with their game. You don't kick the guy who's laying down.

You can't really take those scores for granted because they are playing high level counter-strike. Semi-pro teams is a different story though.

Come on Fnatic struggled in group stage but still You can't say that SK is 10 times better that's just an exaggeration. They showed a lot of skill but this is the match that will decide their faith. I'm betting on SK as well but i think it will be a close one like the last they played against each other in Chengdu.

Omg what victory... Maybe NEO & mates was in a bad day, but HOLY SHIT DELPAN IS INSANE ! Imo he's clearly the player of this war. Swedish are so lucky to have only good top teams. With the new line-up of H2k it'll be really difficult to take a first place in a tournament to them. I find this score quite more surprising than fnatic-SK one. MYM was surely a top team, but wtf, they totally massacred the polish guys; i thought it was going to be a fair match. And yes, everyone knows that vitriolic players' attitude was never correct. However, fnatic vs SK is different.. both teams have such players who can easy unbalance any match anytime

What you people miss to see is that vitriolic played like bunch of noobs durring this game, maybe things taz said in the pre-game interview about the organisation etc. had an impact on their game, it wasn't the team we used to watch, not even the same team which owned attax day before. I'm sure that next game - mym vs vtl will end up in vtl favour.

The truth is that MYM will have a form for a month. Vitriolic will be played all the time equally? The next meeting of both teams will look completely different. Estabilished form are Vitriolic and fnatic.They are always high! Where is now mTw and mouse!? Where is us form?
