KerchNET wins mouz 16-14 times two

KerchNET and mousesports agreed to play their match in the European Championship group stage for Extreme Masters IV in Dubai – KerchNET managed a win against the Germans, with two times 16-14.

The match was originally staged to be played online, but as both teams were in Dubai this week, they had the opportunity to play it here. Playing it in Dubai was something the Ukrainians favored, as they stated the internet is not the best in Ukraine.

The Germans lost three matches in the group stage in Global Challenge Dubai and the community put a question mark to the team being able to perform well again. KerchNET on the other hand had a lot to win. Getting the opportunity to play mousesports on LAN, was clearly something they had been waiting for.

First map dust2 saw mousesports defending the bomb spots solid, taking seven rounds as CT. The Germans normally play a very well executed T side, but KerchNET clearly found out how to put a stop to it, as they went to take eight CT rounds, which granted them the victory in a very clutch match, winning 16-14.

Second map nuke was the same story. Clutch play all the way to the finish line. Starting CT once again, mousesports could note a 9-6 halftime score, before KerchNET got to defend. The match once more went to go down the wire, seeing mousesports winning many clutch rounds. KerchNET did however take the last and most important round, as they nailed a 16-14 result on nuke aswell, taking home a 2-0 score in Dubai.

With the result KerchNET obtain top spot in Group E, with three points. In the group we see the Finnish Power Gaming as the other strong team, so KerchNET could be very glad of their victory against mousesports in Dubai.

stop hating on mouz.. it is NOT that they played bad, it is just KerchNET that played really good! THINK about it.. KerchNET also beat Alternate 16-3! AND they had a few close matches with other top teams.

well.. how was it bad? mouz < Vitriolic and mouz < SK.. if you are saying that mouz lost to k23, then well.. k23 also beat SK.. so they also did great.. I guess cs scene has become more competitive now that we see close matches and so many upsets.

They played bad compared to their normal standards, they for sure did. They didn't qualify for the playoffs and, yeah SK were beaten by k23 but they still placed first, mousesports placed 4th, BEHIND k23.
