TeamOne bench cass1n
The 19-year-old will keep practicing with the team in Europe, though.
TeamOne, one of the organisations that adopted a six-man roster this season, won't field Cássio "cass1n" Santos in any tournaments moving forward because of Valve's recent decision to issue penalties to teams who substitute out players in the Regional Major Ranking (RMR) circuit, the 19-year-old announced on Monday.
cass1n joined the organisation in January alongside Felipe "skullz" Medeiros following the departure of Bruno "b4rtiN" Câmara and played only seven official maps. Although he won't play in tournaments anymore, the 19-year-old will remain with the team in Warsaw and will still be involved in practice sessions.

"As a result of what we're going through in CS, with Valve prohibiting six players, I'll stop participating in tournaments for now," cass1n wrote on Twitter.
The 19-year-old is the second player to step down from an active player role because of Valve's decision regarding six-man rosters. On Friday, Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom was benched by Vitality after being the team's backup player for the previous six months.
TeamOne's next showing on European soil is slated for Friday against FURIA in Group C of ESL Pro League Season 13, which also includes MIBR, Gambit, Natus Vincere, and Cloud9.
TeamOne's active lineup looks as follows:
Pedro "Maluk3" Campos
Matheus "pesadelo" Panisset
Matheus "prt" Scuvero
Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa
Felipe "skullz" Medeiros
João "righi" Righi (coach)
Cássio "cass1n" Santos (benched)
