NASR qualify for BLAST Premier Spring Showdown

Mohammad "⁠BOROS⁠" Malhas and Abd-Alrahman "⁠REAL1ZE⁠" Arabiat put up consistent numbers to spearhead the team's qualifier run.

NASR have joined the likes of Astralis, Liquid and Vitality in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown after coming out on top of the Dune Cup, a BLAST qualifier for the MENA region. The team made it through the GSL groups with a 2-1 record before taking down HLTZINC and Divine Vendetta in the single-elimination playoffs to secure qualification to the Showdown event.

BOROS led the way for NASR with a standout grand final showing

The grand final opened up with Train, where NASR got revenge on Divine Vendetta for their overtime loss in the group stage to strike first blood in the crucial series with a 16-12 victory.

Nuke was up next and NASR carried over their momentum to storm to an 11-4 T half, but loosened their grip on the tie as Divine Vendetta mounted a strong comeback to force overtime. However, BOROS refused to allow a third map to come around and posted his 40th kill on Nuke to wrap the series up 22-19, ending the grand final with a 1.39 rating.
