reatz joins PACT, Sobol returns to active roster

The Polish team's changes come after the departures of Kacper "⁠darko⁠" Ściera and Maciej "⁠b1elany⁠" Biliński.

PACT have officially welcomed Paweł "⁠reatz⁠" Jańczak into the lineup and announced the return of Kamil "⁠Sobol⁠" Sobolewski to the active roster after the 23-year-old spent the last two months on the team's bench.

The move sees one of the longest-serving members, darko, leave PACT after a three-year stint with the organization, while b1elany is the second player to make room for the new additions after spending only a month with the team.

Sobol returns to PACT's active lineup after two months on the sidelines

In early July, reatz decided to not extend his contract with AGO. He left following a six-month tenure with the team after the Polish side began to use Eryk "⁠leman⁠" Kocęba instead of him on certain maps in the last few months.

Currently ranked 67th, PACT will be looking to build on their recent finishes in 3rd-4th place at both Domination League Season 2 and European Development Championship 5 closed qualifier and aim to qualify for season 39 of ESEA Premier, having just missed out on relegation for season 38 after placing sixth in Advanced.

Honestly the Polish fans deserve better. Every week I see a new headline about Polish rosters shuffling which results in the same thing - nothing. Yet their fanbase is still one of the strongest in CS. We need another Polish team in the Top 10 again.

+1 I don't understand how reatz joining PACT can make it to the news, but SAW building an academy roster doesn't. Especially after getting a decent tournament for development rosters (WePlay Academy League), I think prefering those academy teams over roster moves that, let's be real, almost no one cares for, should be the norm. This is not the only example. Caronte (the org that Iberian Family played under) left Esports and there was no mention on the news. But then we have MSL's new team, that doesn't even mention the players, has the right to get an article? I don't get it... I might be biased because I care for the Iberian scene and these two examples are about Iberian orgs, but I don't really get it.

+1, only hope is this few international players like MICHU, dycha and hades, or this few unproven talents that could shows up (like tudsoN, siuhy, Szejn, mhL, F1ku or KEi). But over all our scene is shithole with almost nothing to offer

I guess team with this 3 w/o good IGL won't be that good. And we havn't got good IGL with international expirience. Maybe Szpero, snax, furlan, oskarish or NEO/Taz, but I'm not sold at all. TOAO or siuhy seems okay, but I don't see it. Pluse hades has got huge rival among polish young AWPers - mhL. He didn't got a chance to prove himself in international lineup but he seems to be even better player than hades

Good roaster change on paper. Sobol and Bnox are two young and good riflers, reatz is deacent ndd quite vertical player. But MINISE is years after his prime, lunatic doesn't show much of his strengths and over all this squad is super old. They might claim smth like 4th place in polish teams and get stabel spot at TOP40-60 HLTV ranking but nothing to be exited about. I miss times when PACT was organization known from scouting and developing talents from polish scene

Be realistic. His buyout is propably huge, too big for PACT's pocket, and I don't think he will agree to play at this lvl of competition. There is no possible way for PACT to bring in mhL

It's only me who thinks that polish orgs rotate their rosters every 2 months cuz they don't know what they're doing? It seems like orgs just want to bruteforce 'that winning squad' for how many years? Give those guys time to play together. This is the only way.
