Complexity shut down G2 in EPL Group B
Complexity have entered into the conversation for a playoffs spot as they sit on a 2-1 record ahead of their last two matches.
Complexity have secured their second victory in Group C of Pro League Season 14 after defeating G2 2-1. This result sends G2 to the bottom of the leaderboard in the group, having now lost all three of their matches so far.
No team in Group C is locked in for the playoffs nor eliminated yet after three days of play. While it's not likely, OG could still be eliminated should they lose to both SINNERS and Complexity, and G2 could still advance if they beat both FORZE and Virtus.pro, assuming certain other criteria are also met. And while COL should be happy to have a positive record, they still have two of the hardest matches yet to come, and will want to win as many maps as they can to have the highest chance of advancing.

Vertigo was the first map, surprisingly picked by Complexity, who sport a measly 25% winrate on it in the past three months. G2 held a strong lead for most of the first half, taking seven rounds in a row for a 7-3 scoreline. COL began to claw their way back at the turn of the half, eventually tying the score at 10-10. They weren't able to stop G2's offense in the end, though, and eventually lost the map 13-16.
It didn't look good for the Danish-majority side going into G2's pick of Mirage, but Complexity weren't finished just yet. After losing the first couple rounds, COL took a sizeable lead, powered by the entry kills of Valentin "poizon" Vasilev. The second half began extremely close between the two European rosters, with many back and forth rounds. However, Complexity slowly took a stronger lead, and despite the best efforts of G2 star Nikola "NiKo" Kovač, COL took the second map 16-12.
Complexity kept their momentum from Mirage going into the decider map of Dust 2. Benjamin "blameF" Bremer and co. put up an impassable defense and took 11 rounds out of the first 12, securing a large lead going into the second half. Once again it was poizon who stepped up for Complexity, while the MVP of Mirage, NiKo, completely disappeared. But just when all hope seemed to be lost, G2 started to come back. The rank-three team went on their own long streak, going 12-1 to eventually tie up the score. In the end it was for naught, however, as COL regained control and managed to grind out the final needed rounds to secure the final map 16-13.

After three rounds of play, it is still all to play for as no one has locked a playoffs spot yet, while G2 still have a sliver of a chance to advance despite losing all three of their matches so far. Below are the current standings ahead of day four:
