TaZ: "Not really scared of any team"

AGAiN player Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas has refuted suggestions that his team lost to TyLoo on purpose to get an easier route in the brackets.

The two-time ESWC champions suffered a 19-11 defeat to TyLoo in their second match, a result that earned the Chinese side the top spot of Group G.

Such defeat will put AGAiN in the lower side of the bracket, allowing them to avoid teams like mTw and fnatic until the Grand Final.

There had been suggestions that AGAiN had intentionally lost to TyLoo avoid the Scandinavian pair, but Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas has indicated there was no foul play.

"It was not a strategy, in this kind of tournaments we need to win against all teams, and actually we are looking forward to playing against mTw and fnatic, mTw changed two players so it would be a totally different game from what everybody thinks and we are not really scared of any team," he told HLTV.org.
"I honestly think we were overconfident because we practiced a lot for this tournament and we feel really, really strong at this moment, maybe it will sound like I'm always saying the same, but we feel we can really do some damage."

AGAiN will take on H2k-Gaming in the WCG Round of 16, a match Wojtas concedes his team is "looking forward to."

"We played against them in some practice matches, so we know they're very good, we just need to play our game and be focused and hopefully we'll overcome them."

Again happened xD. As I posted bofore it happened once ago, and I tihnk it was neo who said they didnt want to loos with that X team. The lose send them to second position and they faced worse teams. Later they won a tournament. So everyone can think what he wants to. I would prefer if they lost on fair mode. Very hard match vs H2K, from what Taz said, "We played against them in some practice matches, so we know they're very good, we just need to play our game and be focused and hopefully we'll overcome them." I think the matches they played were like 50% to each. GL again

Hard to say right now,mym got so owned by again.H2k and MYM team style are very similar,50% each,Taz is one of best leader in CS,so is carn and ave,we will see how these teams goes.

Thats just a really ignorant comment. How can a player be "a piece of crap" and a good sprayer? What does that even mean, he sucks but he can spray? I ain't a fan of Abdi myself, but he is still a pretty good player and can contribute in a decent team like H2k. I'm not saying he is on the same level as before, absolutely NOT! I'm just saying he's playing pretty good, not to bad at all. The fact of him being less in shape than some years ago doesn't take away the fact that he's been somewhat a key player and a nice addition to H2k.

Well.Watch MYM's game style ,remind me of ATS.dk,their shooting lvl is amazing,but when they come down to play smart clan like:again and mTw,they usurally cant find a way to win.Remember the game between MYM and fnatic on train,they run the map and read the game badly(I know Dsn is on fire,but still).you know what we call it:"a gun team".I hope H2K is not the same way,but from Swenden WCG games we watch,I think they just shoot their way out. No hard feeling,guys.Im a chinese and I love Spawn's style,hope to see a good match tonight.Again is really a very balance team.We will see how far they can go.
