IEM Fall EU: What to look out for in round 4 matches*
The group stage of IEM Fall has reached its penultimate round and we've already seen two teams eliminated from contention for a spot at the Major. What else can we learn today?
Update 18:38 : Corrected the last Group A bullet point. G2 and MOUZ both winning would only lock FunPlus Phoenix and AURA out. BIG would be only locked out of contention for top three if they lost to AURA in that case.
Update 18:12 : Fiend losing their match would see them place in the bottom three in any scenario and outside of contention for the Major.
Round four of IEM Fall Europe, the final Regional Major Ranking tournament ahead of PGL Major Stockholm, is kicking off at 19:00 . Most teams are still in contention for the playoffs as well as for Major spots and no one has guaranteed theirs yet, but we are getting to a point where we could learn the first few names by the end of the day.

Everyone other than a couple of exceptions are still looking towards a finish in the points among the top-11 teams and have a chance to qualify for the Major. A top two placing in the group automatically guarantees at least 1,406 points in the RMR standings, while a top three placing in the group sends teams to a 9th-12th decider bracket in which they can play for between 938 for 11th place and 1,250 points for 9th place.
You can find out what exactly that means for each team's chances to qualify for the Major in our RMR standings breakdown, but for a more simple overview of what we can definitively learn today, read our bullet points for each group below:
