cadiaN: "There are at least five or six teams that can go all the way"

Casper "⁠cadiaN⁠" Møller spoke to HLTV.org after HEROIC advanced to the playoffs at IEM Katowice after two tight matches against a couple of new rosters.

HEROIC became the first team to make it to the Spodek Arena, beating OG and Vitality in matches that came down to the wire and saw the Danes have to fight back after dropping big leads and pull off a couple of comebacks themselves against the two new teams.

After the match against the French-Danish combination, cadiaN spoke to HLTV.org, talking about his team's tendency to end up in situations that come down to the wire.

"I think that's maybe one of the things we need to learn the most, that when we get that lead, how do we maintain it?" He said. "One thing we don't need to learn is how to come back from tough moments. We've done that thousands of times, and I'm still proud of the boys for doing that. Two crazy series indeed."

He went on to address HEROIC's difficult end to the last year and the importance of getting back on the horse in Katowice, where the Danes are one of the few stable rosters.

"Getting to the playoffs here is super important again to reestablish that we are a LAN team, and we want to make playoffs every time."

"It's one of the most open tournaments we've had in a long while," cadiaN said, pointing out issues some of the favorites such as Natus Vincere and Gambit have been facing at the event. "I think there's at least five or six teams that can go all the way."
