ESL Pro League S15 Group A Fantasy open for action with G2, NIP, fnatic in play

Who will you pick for your Fantasy team?

With ESL Pro League kicking off on March 9 with the first six-team round-robin group, we have launched the Fantasy game featuring five teams that attended the IEM Katowice play-in, groups, or playoffs.

The finalists of the last event, G2, stand out as favorites above Ninjas in Pyjamas, fnatic, Entropiq, MOUZ, and Looking For Org, but which players combination worth $1,000,000 or less will bring the most Fantasy points?

So far, Fantasy users have set their eyes on 16-year-old Ilya "⁠m0NESY⁠" Osipov, who light up the server in the playoffs of IEM Katowice, resulting in him being the most picked player as of the writing of this article. The sniper comes in at $225,000, having received a 4% discount to balance his performances in academy league matches.

The same discount was applied to Ádám "⁠torzsi⁠" Torzsás, who didn't make the playoffs with MOUZ but left a great impression in his debut on the international stage.

An important part of selecting a successful team for this Fantasy game will be staying on top of the latest news. While Russian squad Entropiq hasn't been banned from participating in the event as the organization behind the team is Czech, the roster might face difficulties traveling to the group stages in Germany.

On the other hand, Ninjas in Pyjamas's lineup might be set for a change before the tournament kicks off, as the Swedish organization has reportedly offered $600,000 for Ludvig "⁠Brollan⁠" Brolin, and despite there being no news about it, the return of Nicolai "⁠device⁠" Reedtz to the active lineup is also a possibility.
