PGL Major Antwerp Americas RMR Fantasy game is now open

The first of the RMR events is set to start on Monday, meaning it is time to jump into our Fantasy game and create your own all-star team.

The first of the Regional Major Ranking events of 2022 will decide which teams from North and South America will earn their right to attend the most prestigious event on the CS:GO calendar. Alongside the tournament, our Fantasy game will also be online, giving users the chance to test their Counter-Strike knowledge and compete for the top places on the leaderboard.

The Americas RMR will be played in Bucharest, Romania between April 11-15 and will see the best teams from the New World competing to claim the six allocated spots for the PGL Major in Antwerp.

FURIA players rise in popularity after a good performance at EPL S15

Jonathan "⁠EliGE⁠" Jablonowski currently tops the charts after coming out of a good EPL campaign with Liquid, finishing the event in the quarter-finals with a solid 1.18 rating. Alongside him, Nick "⁠nitr0⁠" Cannella and Keith "⁠NAF⁠" Markovic also appear in the popular picks with a value of $180,000 and $215,000 respectively.

Brazil dominates the remaining top picks for this edition of our fantasy game. Andrei "⁠arT⁠" Piovezan currently stands right next to EliGE in terms of pick rate, with Kaike "⁠KSCERATO⁠" Cerato, Yuri "⁠yuurih⁠" Santos, and André "⁠drop⁠" Abreu following close by. These names will not come as a surprise following their fantastic semi-final run at EPL which saw FURIA top their group before taking down Astralis in the second round of playoffs.

Finally, the most popular choices are rounded up by Gabriel "⁠FalleN⁠" Toledo. The veteran AWPer and in-game leader has seen a return to form with Imperial, recording a 1.16 rating in his last three events with the "Last Dance" project — not bad for a player valued at $184,000.

Fantasy returns with $10,000 Spring season

In line with previous events, the HLTV fantasy league for this event will be in collaboration with BitSkins. Here are the prizes for the HLTV x BitSkins League:
