Europe RMR B Fantasy game open

The other half of the European RMR has another set of players to choose from.

Following the conclusion of the A group of the Europe Regional Major Ranking tournament, the B group will begin, awarding yet another eight spots at the PGL Antwerp Major. The Fantasy game for the event has begun, with players having until Thursday, April 21 to choose their rosters.

Among the teams in the EU B tournament there are many more heavy hitters including the likes of G2, Players, and Ninjas in Pyjamas. Just like in A, there are eight Major spots up for grabs, although the slot distribution is slightly different. While the A side offers four Legends spots, the B side only offers three, and features an additional Challenger spot in return.

The Players come into the RMR with a new logo

Among those who have chosen players so far, G2 and Players have been the most popular. Sergey "⁠Ax1Le⁠" Rykhtorov sits as one of the highest rated players going into the event, and sits at a respectable $227,000. On the other side, both Timofey "⁠interz⁠" Yakushin and Aleksi "⁠Aleksib⁠" Virolainen could be solid budget picks, being relatively cheap for the level of their teams.

Another dark horse pick could be Olek "⁠hades⁠" Miskiewicz, who sits at a modest $213K with a 1.14 rating over the past three months. If ENCE can keep up their form from ESL Pro League, then many of their players could be high value for their price.

Other potential fraggers at deals are Boris "⁠magixx⁠" Vorobiev at $189K, Fredrik "⁠REZ⁠" Sterner at $211K, and Igor "⁠Forester⁠" Bezotecheskiy at $213K. On the cheap end, some players with potential include Patrick "⁠es3tag⁠" Hansen at $181K, Andreas "⁠Xyp9x⁠" Højsleth at $179K, and Jindřich "⁠ZEDKO⁠" Chyba at $176K.
