EG send AGAiN to Lower Bracket

WCG champions AGAiN will now find themselves in the Lower Bracket at Arbalet Cup Europe following a 16-12 defeat to Evil Geniuses on de_nuke.

With both sides coming off big wins in the quarter-finals, this was expected to be a very close match and the first half proved exactly so, with EG taking a narrow 8-7 lead to half-time while playing as Terrorist.

Now playing in defence, the American team knew they had the advantage on their side, but AGAiN showed their restlessness in the early stages, taking three rounds.

However, the rest of the second half would practically belong to EG, who took the score to 15-10, with recent recruit Ediz "goodfornothing" Basol leading the score table.

Although AGAiN found a lifeline right after, winning the next two rounds to make sure they could not be forgotten, EG put a stop to the Polish side's dream, sealing a 16-12 win that puts them in the Upper Bracket Final against SK Gaming.

Even though I am a big fan of AGAiN (favorite team), I am really happy to see Team EG finally get some long awaited good results. Not to take any credit away from them, they have played brilliantly throughout the whole Arbalet tournament. I hope EG can win, it would be a wake up call to the Euro teams and hopefully somewhat rejuvenate the American's scene (which according to a few people is withering [cannot be worse than Australia though haha]) Congratulations and best of luck Team EG.

If you go to court with it, you'll win and get more money and the trial expenses paid, if they don't take it to court and just promise that they'll stop, and if they actually do they still would probably be obligated to pay your trial expenses. It's a win-win situation from my point of view.
