IEM Dallas Fantasy game is now open to play

The Fantasy, which will contain the games for the group stage of the tournament, is now live.

With the first tournament after the Major, IEM Dallas, set to start on May 30th, you are now able to create your five-man lineups within the $1,000,000 budget available, try to make the best team, and beat your opponents.

The first Fantasy game will contain only the group stage games, which will be played in a double-elimination format, giving more choice of player selection than single-elimination formats.

Given their performances at the Major, it is no surprise that Finn "⁠karrigan⁠" Andersen and Håvard "⁠rain⁠" Nygaard are the two most picked players, especially as you can get a Major MVP player for a price of just $209,000 in the form of the Norwegian rifler.

Other popular picks include the HEROIC trio of Casper "⁠cadiaN⁠" Møller, Ismail "⁠refrezh⁠" Ali and René "⁠TeSeS⁠" Madsen who all have a relatively low price, given they play for one of the highest rated teams at the tournament and are expected to get through the group stage.

The most expensive player is perhaps unsurprisingly Mathieu "⁠ZywOo⁠" Herbaut at $236,000, with Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač and Dmitry "⁠sh1ro⁠" Sokolov not being far behind at $235,000 and $234,000 respectively.

Some interesting budget options who are not within the most popular picks are Audric "⁠JACKZ⁠" Jug, who might have a good potential for points if his team plays well. Similarly, Kévin "⁠misutaaa⁠" Rabier is a player who has shown improvement in form over the last couple of months, and if Vitality get wins on the board, he could be the difference maker for your team.
