Our team of three will be on-site in Texas over the next week to bring you fresh coverage of the action as it happens.

The first Big Event in North America after almost three years is now underway at IEM Dallas, with sixteen teams clashing in the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center over the next week to determine who takes home the lion's share of the $250,000 prize pool and earns a notch toward the Intel Grand Slam.

Over the course of the event, HLTV.org will have three members on the ground to bring you event coverage as it happens, with two writers⁠ ⁠— Danish "Nohte" Allana and Collin "CarbonDogma" Davis ⁠— handling interviews, and photographer Radoslaw "MAKKU" Makuch bringing you the event through his lens.

The first pair of matches from Group A are already underway in a packed day of play, one where two teams will already secure their berth to the playoffs and another two will be sent home, their journey overseas coming to an early end.
