SoA fold after team breakup

Spirit of Amiga have announced the disbandment of the organisation after the players decided to go their separate ways.

The Danish team were last seen at DreamHack Winter, where they crashed out at the Round of 16 following a 2-0 defeat to compLexity.

They were expected to attend Arbalet Cup in Stockholm last weekend, but ended up missing the event due to Rasmus "FaagaN" Møller not being able to take time off from his work, which prompted Timm "ArcadioN" Henriksen to step in for mTw.

SoA boss Zahid "Sui" Butt confirmed the disbandment of the Danish organisation after the players decided against continuing together. Tired of SoA's constant roster changes over the years, Butt has decided to call time on the project.

"You have to realise that this requires a cooperation," he told SoA's website. "It is not just organisations that must give, but also the players themselves. Results are not enough, the players must also show goodwill and respect for the work that is done for them."

The future of the SoA players is still unknown, but with Christoffer "Sunde" Sunde missing out on the Extreme Masters Continental Finals, chances are that Henriksen will link up with mTw for the event, which will take place next month.

There are many possibilities... the fairest one is no team goes for them. 1 slot less on the event. other possibility (which doesn't exist) even if you said it would be the best. HellRaisers. It wouldbn't be good if they went for SoA, because it's another group, and 100% HR wouldn't advance to playoffs if they were in group with SoA, AGAiN, MYM... I am sure that AGAiN won't go for SoA, and I am agree with it. AGAiN already lost their chance with oX. But if you have to pick AGAiN or HR with brain it should be again since HR has no connection with that group.

The best option would be giving the spot to one of the SoA players, and if noone wants it, the team they beat to get to the finals should have the spot.

Good conditions of right wing dogma is based in economical downturn. As always. Just look at forer soviet union or Poland. Economical instability and high unemployment cause right wing sound bites to find bigger audience. And still those conservatives parties aren't as much nationalistic as I was trying to point out in my post. slot for EM is still in hands of leader of team at ESL, so one of those players got it. The only way AGAiN can sly into EM is that player with slot will give it to them, or ESL give it to them if that player wont collect 4 players to go to lan 4fun and just waste slot

Sad news. Wouldn't Friis be the best replacement for Sunde? ArcadioN is great, but a natural awper like Friis could work better. Oh wait, trace can make all the job :D
