NAVI clobber Complexity in Group B consolidation final

Denis "⁠electroNic⁠" Sharipov's side charged to a swift victory in a rematch of their group opener.

Natus Vincere have advanced to the Group B final after trouncing Complexity in a 16-3 battering, claiming revenge against the North American side on the exact same map that they had fallen to them on in their opening match of the event.

NAVI have one last match to take part in before the day's end, going up against Liquid in the group final in hopes of securing one of the top three seeds in the gauntlet bracket.

Aided by a strong showing from Valeriy "⁠b1t⁠" Vakhovskiy, Natus Vincere were swift in shutting down Complexity. Johnny "⁠JT⁠" Theodosiou's side had managed to avoid the young headshot machine in their first matchup, but they failed to repeat that effort this time around, with the 19-year-old ending the map with a 2.05 rating.

Just three rounds went the way of Complexity in the first half, including the opening pistol round that was secured by a quad kill from Justin "⁠FaNg⁠" Coakley, but otherwise the team had little to celebrate throughout the map.

Toward the end of the half, Daniil "⁠headtr1ck⁠" Valitov almost made the scoreline even more dominant, winning a 1vs2 clutch but losing the round to the bomb timer; however, he made up for it after the side swap, helping NAVI win the map with a quad kill and 1vs2 clutch to close things out.
