FaZe steamroll OG to pick up opening win in Denmark
FaZe won 14 straight rounds on Mirage to wrap up the series in convincing fashion.
FaZe opened their BLAST Premier Fall Final campaign with a bang after dismantling OG in two swift maps, 2-0. They secured their opponents' map pick without breaking a sweat 16-3 before embarking on a 14-round streak on Mirage to claim the map 16-6 and series 2-0. FaZe now advance to the Group A upper final while OG find themselves in the lower bracket, one loss away from elimination.
Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken topped the scoreboard with 41 kills and a 1.59 overall rating including a wealth of multi-kills throughout the series. Abdul "degster" Gasanov was the lone shining light on OG's side as the Russian sniper racked up 33 kills and a 1.09 rating as his team's only positive player.

FaZe kicked off the series with a successful opening pistol round and dominated all the way until the break where they held a 12-3 advantage. OG's three scores all came from successful site pushes, but Nemanja "nexa" Isaković's men were unable to consistently plant the bomb and get any sort of momentum going as the attackers which resulted in their nine-round deficit at halftime.
The international powerhouse wasted no time in wrapping up Ancient 16-3 after winning four straight coming out of the switch. Twistzz led the way with 19 frags and a handful of multi-kill rounds under his belt.
OG flipped the series on its head on Mirage, garnering a quick 5-0 lead thanks to hot starts from degster and Shahar "flameZ" Shushan. FaZe got themselves on the board in the sixth after a successful B push prompted the European mix to save. This sparked a run of their own until they took over the lead and finished the half 9-6. FaZe's ruthless spree was highlighted by Twistzz pulling off a 1vs2 clutch in the seventh and Helvijs "broky" Saukants picking up a quad-kill in the tenth round.
Similar to the first map, FaZe delivered a flawless second half and wrapped up the map with a 14-round streak en route to a 16-6 victory which clinched the series 2-0. OG had no answer for anything the defenders threw at them as broky continued his excellent form and put up 11 kills and a 2.37 rating on the CT side alone, finishing with 21 frags in total.
