He said he has responsibility on removing kRYSTAL he admits it, the team felt there is no future with him at the time.... Hes a honest guy, everyone is good and bad at some point... At least he was geniune about it, and you dont see much. The results after didnt came as the best, because the org didnt achieve agreement with chrisj, yet they achieved more some time after ;)

To think that you are better than you are is one of the worst reasons to kick a player. You should kick someone if he doesn't deliver what you expected not because you are an arrogant asshole. People call S1mple toxic but he never did such a bad thing. And he has the right to be arrogant in csgo. For every single player on the team, the career felt down. And that is the right karma.

What do you mean ?? He doenst think he is better than he his, he thinks he is good enough, and can do better, and blames himself for it... It was a team decision.... kRYSTAL wasnt confortable in the meta, even krystal admitted it ... It can be karma, but he is not the only one to blame. i dont think he is arrogant tho... he is honest. They did what they tought was best.

He thought Krystal would hold them back. So that is why he was kicked. The team showed that they aren't better not as individuals and especially not as a team. Krystal did reach with them what they are capable of. There was no hidden potential.

the team achieved their best result with emi. Kicking Krystal was the right thing to do because he was legitimately awful, and they wanted AZR at the time (who 1 year before made the semis of a major). iirc team didn't even want emi as a permanent because they wanted chrisj at first
