K1ck eSports Club have announced that Tiago "weapoN" Pacheco has returned to the Counter-Strike team.

The Portuguese player departed k1ck right after a number of impressive displays at DreamHack Winter in 2008, having linked up with teams such as exotic and lan-bar, without much success.

He has now been confirmed as k1ck's fifth player for 2010, filling the shoes of Fernando "SpEcTruM" Sousa, who had joined the team in October.

On returning to k1ck, Pacheco said: "It was hard leaving my team mates, but we weren't achieving all that we wanted to. It is rather pleasing going back to where you have your own identity. I am very happy about the way things turned out to be."

With "weapoN" back on the team, it is expected that Ricardo "fox" Pacheco will drop the AWP role he has been playing for over a year now, to focus on rifles.

With these changes, k1ck have now:

Joaquim "axoN" Pinto
Rui "SHOUW" Reis
Tiago "weapoN" Pacheco

yes he also plays cs, since long time ago, like his brother. Now plays in a returned oldschool team called reDawn, founded in 2001/2002, where fox is management member (return supporter like he said) and was one of the first members of the team.

I think the team is going to improve with this changes, weapoN is the same thing or maybe better than fox, and fox can show us something we werent able to see the past year his rifles and they are great believe it x)

weapon is good with awp but he is nothing comparing to what foxj can do with the green gun i would rather see a good rifler instead of foxj, the problem is that the only players with skill and experience are in k1ck...

all these players you mentioned have low experience and they wouldn't perform good internationally. just look at mutt, he has lot of potencial, no doubts but he couldn't stay because he is not on the same levem in terms of experience comparing to the rest of the players.

Lol, this is bad move imo and everyone and I think everyone will agree with me because I dont see problem with Spectrum he is awesome player and i think he is mvp in k1ck after fox and there is no need to change fox as awper when he was doing that very very good this is just my opinion but i think that Spectrum > weapoN. Do someone know why they kicked spec and bring in weapon maybe some issue with the team or something else?

nah man, weapon and coachi are VERY good friends. when weapon left the team the 1st time he left because they weren't really achieving much internationally (which coachi always says he wants to). i don't know much, but i think they parted aways kinda mad at eachother. most likely weapon asked coachi if he wanted him in the team again and coachi did boot spectrum (he did the same with axoN when he wasn't too motivated and then returned)

they are totally different from each other..awper vs riffle how can you say who's best? lol ... WeapoN is the 2nd best awper in pt, if not the best = fox...and spectrum is a good riffler. fox is amazing with his awp, but if you people just give another chance to weapon I think he has a lot to show :D

coachi wasnt that much of a fail vs ireland - he has made some less suceeded matches latelly.. however; besides de 2 double HE teamkills, he dies almost every round and loses weapons to usp and ecos... neither of the others does this that often as coachi (the tactical) which is not good at all :x
