Brazy Party viewer's guide

ENCE and Cloud9 will feature in the $333,000 online competition among a group of mostly top 30 teams.

Brazy Party, a $333,000 online tournament held in the run-up to the BLAST.tv Paris Major, will get started on Wednesday, April 26, and play out over the course of a week.

The competition will play host to 16 teams — the majority of whom currently reside in the top 30 — and begin with a best-of-three GSL group stage. The squads, split into four pools, will compete for one of just eight playoff berths. The knockout stage will then be a BO3 single-elimination affair, working its way up to the grand final on May 3.

Cloud9 will be gunning for redemption after a disappointing April so far

Cloud9 come into the online event as the highest-rated team, sixth in the world ranking, but will nonetheless be desperate to put on a better showing after a lackluster past two weeks.

The Russian-majority roster narrowly missed out on a spot at the BLAST.tv Paris Major, a devastating blow for a team of their caliber, while also missing out on a place in the IEM Rio grand final after letting slip a 12-3 lead on Vertigo against Vitality, a map win which would have earned the side back-to-back Big Event title decider appearances.

ENCE, on the other hand, connect to the server with a renewed sense of confidence following the addition of Guy "NertZ" Iluz in February.

The Israeli has grabbed the bull by the horns following his signing, averaging a team-high 1.22 rating over 23 maps and powering his new squad to a BLAST.tv Paris Major berth and a 3rd-4th place finish at ESL Pro League Season 17.

Brazy Party will also serve as some much-needed official practice for teams ahead of the upcoming BLAST.tv Paris Major, which runs from May 8-21 in the French capital.

OG, paiN, GamerLegion, and 9INE, to name just a few, are all set to compete at CS:GO's last-ever Major and will likely relish in using Brazy Party to work their way up to peak form ahead of what will be 2023's most important competition.

ye 40% ain't small for sure anyway, online tourney so Altekz should be extremely comfortable. It is vs tier 2 opposition so he should be right at home. No 'we integrate new players hence we lose to tier 5 teams' excuses

People get hyped for all sorts of commentators and analysts, but my man Stunna does not get enough credit for being a an amazing analyst desk host, a perfect mix or serious and a troll to steer the desk properly but also you never know what to expect with his kind of humor. My favorite desk host.

+1 and also he is really natural at it. Freya is good too but stunna is better. Others don't get close to them.

I agree, Freya is awesome because she's so passionate about it, just isn't loose enough to get her humor out. She follows jokes others make just rarely carries one her self. She still knows how to steer the desk very well. Stunna on the other hand looks so loose that I would 100% believe that he's same like that in real life, casual troll, doing his job responsibly, not being afraid one fucking bit to look stupid as fuck for the sake of making a joke or a silly clip. Basically why Stunna is better, still, him and Freya are way above the rest.

guys I think brazy is actually a fraud company, go to their website and linkedin and it is ONLY in RU + RU workers. They have no headquarters anywhere in Portugal and they only post bs? Think it might legit be huge front for money laudering? Like where do they get their money from? I do not understand or see what their buisiness is. Anyone know?
