The BLAST.tv Paris Major quarter-finalists now have a finalized roster heading into the fall season.

Monte are back to full strength with br0's addition

Monte have announced the addition of Alexander "⁠br0⁠" Bro to their starting roster. The Danish rifler has big shoes to fill as he comes into the team as a one-for-one replacement for Mohammad "⁠BOROS⁠" Malhas, who made the jump to Falcons over the player break.

The Dane joins the Ukrainian organization on transfer from Astralis Talent, where he spent the best part of nine months and averaged a solid 1.09 rating over 234 maps up until his departure.

The 21-year-old put up even better numbers when adjusting for LAN fixtures, sporting a healthy 1.15 rating at offline events which included his team's first-place finishes at the NPF Invitational and the POWER Ligaen Season 23 Finals in June.

br0 puts pen to paper and signs with Monte as they aspire to repeat their strong showings from the spring season, during which the Ukrainian-majority reached a peak of No. 10 on the world ranking following their eyebrow-raising campaign through the BLAST.tv Paris Major back in May.

The team around Viktor "⁠sdy⁠" Orudzhev put up a 3-2 record in the inaugural Challengers Stage before making it to the Accor Arena itself following victories over FURIA, fnatic, and more impressively, Natus Vincere, before being stopped by GamerLegion in the quarter-finals.

br0 will make his debut in Monte colors at the IEM Cologne Play-in on July 26-28, with the European ensemble earning a spot at the Big Event prelude thanks to their placing on the ESL world ranking.

-br0 -kraSnaL +Kvem +HObbit 1- Then you actually have a better version of MONTE than before the major. 2- Adding br0 is terribly mid and they probably spent way too much on him for what his worth. HObbit would be expensive but would actually make a much better player in this team. 3- Kvem is the best player in Ukraine apart from s1mple, i don't understand why they didn't get him asap before IKLA started rebuilding around him.

I'm not saying he's not good, he was actually the best in Astralis Academy imo, but i would like to evolve in a Danish team with one of your IGL's, not a Ukrainian mix especially when they have better choices. It would also be better for MONTE to revert back to speaking Ukrainian / Russian, like idk they have a solid core already why take risk with Eu players when you have better at home
