bruno rejects mibr move

FireGamers member Bruno "bruno" Ono has denied speculation that his team could soon migrate to Made in Brazil.

FireGamers have been linked with a move to mibr ever since the Brazilian giants released their Counter-Strike team in November following a runners-up finish at the WCG qualifier.

"The last contact with the mibr organisation happened in December and we refused any kind of agreement they proposed to us," Ono told TeamPlay.com.br. "Neither FG nor FG's members are even thinking about moving to mibr.

"All rumours about MiBR signing FG can be denied. We are happy with FG and 2010 will be our year."

Reports of an impending switch by FireGamers intensified after mibr manager Leandro "chataum" Loiola guaranteed the new line-up had been found and was already practicing for the coming events.

FireGamers, who crashed out of the WCG at the group stage even after a surprise win over fnatic, yesterday won Lantek Cup against CnB Gaming.

It is indeed lime :P, but any fruit of the sort will do. We usually use lime (or green lemon) because they're the most common around here, but yellow lemons or anything of the sort will get you the same effect :P.

what are u talking about?? how can this be a good decision and how can FG be the next generation if they dont have a sponsor?? im trying to find adjectives to descrive your post, but i cant find 1 that wouldnt deserve a ban.. FG isnt the new generation, they are the old one, beside FALLEN, so a move to mibr would be a wise and expected choise.. and im sure, if this guys had the same praccs that old mibr team had, at infernonline for example, they would do so much damage!! unless they find a sponsor, this is bad..

you know something that is called honor? everyone besides fallen got joked from mibr. kikoo was such a dumbass and he had to decide who is on the team. he himself wasn't able to make the easiest frags against averaged teams. i guess i don't need to explain the nice move of mibr with bit and fg. also the players mentioned they feel very good and that there is a nice atmosphere on the team; everything they did not have when they were playing for mibr. fg will need one good tournament and they will find their sponsors. brasil has also a nice market for any given sponsor out of the computer sector.

LOL honor?? Bit left FG to join mibr, and then, they just accepted him again?? does this sound like something that some guys a little bit of honor and respect for themselves would do? so dont talk about honor, when bit just crapped on their faces, and they smilled at him... and no, they wont ever have a sponsor as mibr have, or whatever paulo veloso is.. the industry of e-sports are not the big in brazil, so even if they get a sponsor, wont ever be that good, unless he's foreign, maybe murat lol.. plus, they beated mibr last year, i dont know in which qualifier, and sponsor? 0 so, im just saying, a move to mibr, from their career point of view, and based of past, would be a wise and expected move...:)

where do you get your information? mibr has the funds available to send their teams to events, sure, but that organization killed one of the best teams in the world. they consistently placed top 5 every tournament, and just because they didn't get a top 3 finish within a few months, they cut one of their best players (bit), and completely changed the team dynamic so kikoo could call strats. you should download the demos of the new mibr playing with kikoo, its hilarious how they went from amazing to truly awful. he was cut and fired after one tournament. on top of that, the organization worshipped cogu, who was amazing, but still they forced the players to form all of their strategies based around cogu. some players (nak, fnx) disagreed and eventually left the organization because they felt so strongly against it. yes, they left the #1 sponsor and their salaries because they didn't want to be dictated to anymore. The new lineup has everything the old one needed. i still think cogu was the best awper of all time, but FalleN has real talent and can pull off amazing frags. he can't fit cogu's shoes as far as skill however, but he 4 of the best players in the world backing him up. has nothing to do with mibr as an organization.

dude, lol, i know all that.. im not around for 2 days.. i just said to that pt guy, that this decision, is everything but wise.. u give the cogu argument, but cogu aint there anymore, so, i dont see a good reason, from FG players, career point of view, to decline a bid from mibr.. lets face it, FG dont have the funds and the support, that mibr has.. i understand that the reason mibr falled apart was cogu, but cmon, mibr is one of the most respected orga in the world.. and dont give me that HONOR argument, cause fg players, scratched that word out of their vocabulary when they took bit in again.. ;) gl anyway guys, whatever ur choice is..

no, cogu was great. it was the organization that was at fault. lets say FG goes to mibr, and they attend an event. the second fnx drops a 30 on fnatic, they'll do the same thing and put him on the high horse and force everyone to work around him. they're way too desperate to make money, and it affects their players. you don't hear any of them saying they miss mibr, only negative feedback. threatening to cut players if they dont place at every event isn't exactly the sam encouragement that you'll find with org's like fnatic and SK.

they opened the pandora box when they picked up bit once again, so a move to mibr, would be in the line of their previous behavior.. i would NEVER agree with bit joining in again if i was a fg player, as i wouldnt be in favor to a move to mibr, but im just saying would be a good move from them career pov. that's all

actually, fg is the best team in brazil, but they dont have chance with competition out of brazil. i'd like to see a line with fnx, fallen and + 3 top players in brazil, without bruno1, nak and bit1 because they aren't a regular players. its my opinion. the only team in brazil that has enough support to participate and win international titles, it's the mibr! think about it.

@ katie Dude it isnt everything in "LINEUP" cRYSTAL proved this at IOL Finals with random semi-pro players from Sweden while ago when they destroyed SK in one map, Begrip in two maps & LL from Norway and couple more. Everything is in the MOTIVATION.But also is important to have desire to exercise, good atmosphere among the players, good ingame leader, hard work to get ur tatctis on LEVEL and couple stuffs more. ONTOPIC This is great move from them IMO, and FireGamers stuff should respect this move and should work harder to get proper sponsor, I am quite sure that u can find some sponsor with good promotion of the team and couple of good results at international scene.

Thing is you need sponsors to even get to compete abroad in the first place :P. They can't "prove themselves" to get sponsors if they don't have the opportunity to play internationally. It'll probably come down to KODE5/WCG like it always does when they don't have Pvell to fund them. I still believe they have amazing potential though. Hopefully we have a quali for Kode5, since it's the earliest big international event with qualifiers held worldwide.

I think the guys from FG voted for freedom, to play in high quality. In my opinion, was the best choice they could have made, staying aware of the dictatorship of mibr's ORG, forcing them to play in some way that they didnt fell confortable with, this make all diference. If you dont play with fun and relaxed, in a good atmosphere of work... sounds obvious, but in the end money doesnt mean nothing and the result will come as a failed. The choice was like some one said above: Mibr + Big sum's of money = Dictatorship = failing! FG + no money = but have freedom = wining! Despite the fact, FG's organization doesn´t have the funds needed to INT. competitions, I think in life money comes with quality of the work you do. Even if FG only could play in Brazil, in some period of time, with some good results, like they are doing, a good sponsor would be interested in them. Thats life sucess and money comes came with results of day by day hard work. This could take a day or months... the problem is to wait so long with a good line like this one. To sum up, best choice of you guys from FG... stay in FG!!! Dont worry be happy, and playing relaxed and sick!!! hehehe If all this players below were in their best cs playing time would be a good time: Sick line: - Spawn - Cogu - Neo - Fnx - Msx

Firegamers beat CNB gaming 16-0 and 16-2 without sweating. These guys haven't even been training and they showed killer teamplay, instincts and skill. I think these 5 guys are really comfortable with each other and have learned to apreciate that money isn't everything. With a sponsor, they will do some international damage for sure. Nak has been really stepping up, even aced a pistol round as ct on inferno. Good luck to them.

But in an more reallistic way ... yes i would choose forest... in Msx place. so the line up would be more sick then ever. -spawn -cogu -neo -fnx -forest I really enjoy the gameplay of them so much exp together... could bug the cs server. thanks for the add. even all the guys in their moments: heaton, ins, archi, get_right, da bears, nothing, frod, evo, element, bit, ton, musamb1, potti, magix, pava, eduzin, kikooo,

fg is now the best brazilian team, fg organization needs to improve, they both are excellent players, fnx and fallen are one of the best assault/awp skills in the world, but they need international events to get confident and int expirience... here in brazil we don't have big events all the time, and internet here sux, and because of that some teams they dont get " blood in there eyes " our the feeling of winners, i know my english sucks, but next we are going to see fg top3 for sure, they just need a boost or a bigger organization to play amazing like mibr was.

Yes, mibr lineup is better than it was on 2006, BUT all the teams around the world are better too, now. I still think that if FG cut bruno and put btt in there, there will be no team in the world to play against them. But bruno is pretty bad, so I guess he'll drop the team's potential.

bit is MUCH better than kikoo, no contest. i think BTT is better than bruno, although bruno is a slightly smarter player imo, so it's give and take with them. i'm personally really happy about FG's lineup right now. if they added BTT, they might be a better team for it, but there's no guarantee. After their showing at WCG (beating fnatic) i don't think they need to mess with their lineup just yet. best of luck to them
