ESL Impact Season 4 Finals team list finalized
Eight teams are set to fight it out for the $50,000 top prize.

The online phase of ESL Impact Season 4 is done and dusted, and as such the team list for the LAN finals in Valencia has been finalized.
Three teams made it through from the European online stage, two each from the North America and South America, and one from an Asia-Pacific open qualifier.
Nigma Galaxy and NAVI Javelins justified their status as the two favorites in the European portion of the competition, each making their way through their groups in the league phase with five straight series wins and without dropping a single map.
Ana "ANa" Dumbravă — 2022’s women’s player of the year — and Wiktoria "vicu" Janicka were the star players for their teams, picking up 1.54 and 1.34 ratings respectively across 10 maps played.
The final spot in Europe was decided by a tiebreaker between the second-place teams in each group, and said tiebreaker was won by 9 Pandas Fearless in comfortable 2-0 fashion over BIG EQUIPA.
Over in North America, FlyQuest RED and Shimmer grabbed the two berths on offer. FlyQuest RED were by far the dominant team in the region, taking all seven series they played and only dropping a single map, powered by the duo of Coline "Kaoday" Le Floc'h and Vivienne "BiBiAhn" Quach.
Shimmer needed superior round difference to secure the second spot, and they were hard-carried to their place in the finals by the superlative event-leading performance by Lucy "empathy" Verkaik, who produced a staggering 1.59 rating over 15 maps.
FURIA fe and Fluxo Demons topped the league phase in South America, with FURIA fe winning all the series they played to grab first place and Fluxo Demons only losing to the league winners. Karina "kaahSENSEI" Takahashi and Izabella "izaa" Galle got the bulk of the work done for FURIA fe, whilst Giovanna "yungher" Yungh Mataveli was the top-rated player for Fluxo Demons.

HSG fe earned their spot via the Asia-Pacific open qualifier earlier in the month, and they were unsurprisingly driven to victory by one of the star players in the Impact scene: Olga "Olga" Rodrigues, who was named the second-best women’s player of the year at the HLTV Award Show 2022.
The eight teams who qualified will take part in the ESL Impact Season 4 Finals in Valencia, Spain, with a total prize pool of $123,000 on offer.
The teams will be split into two GSL-style groups, with the opening and winner’s matches being played in the best-of-one format, whilst the elimination and decider matches will be best-of-three. The top two teams from each group will proceed to a best-of-three single-elimination playoff bracket.
The team list for the ESL Impact Season 4 Finals is as follows:
