Sashi part ways with Rejin amid restructuring within organization
The Danish organization is making moves in order to "maintain a healthy and economically sustainable position."

Sashi has announced the release of Sports Director Allan "Rejin" Petersen from the organization, bringing an end to the Dane's short-lived four-month stint under their banner.
The former MOUZ and Tricked coach joined Sashi as their Sports Director at the end of June. Since then, the team has overhauled the majority of their roster with the addition of three new players.
The move came as a surprise to Rejin, who took to Twitter to say it was "not what I expected and unfortunate timing," before adding that he is looking for new opportunities mainly as a head coach but is open to other opportunities as well.
"We find it important to stress that the decision is not due to a lack of dedication on Allan's part, but as a strategic restructuring to ensure that Sashi Esport can maintain a healthy and economically sustainable position," Sashi explained of the move in a statement.
"Simultaneously, the restructuring allows us to prioritize those areas which are currently in the need of most attention. Moving forward, emphasis will be on securing and maintaining the well-being of our players both on the server and outside it.
"While focus on mental performance will be at the top of our list in the coming period, we do not rule out the possibility of reintroducing a Sports Director to the organization in the future when the time is right, and the organization is at a place where such a role needs to be filled."
