FURIA invited to Elisa Masters Espoo

The Brazilian squad join several other top teams fighting for the $100,000 top prize.

FURIA have accepted an invite to play at Elisa Masters Espoo 2023, joining the likes of ENCE and MOUZ at the $200,000 event in Espoo, Finland.

The tournament, which takes place between November 29 and December 3, features eight teams battling it out for a $100,000 top prize, with four of the squads set to attend currently residing in the top 10 of the world rankings.

ENCE, MOUZ and Complexity also received direct invites to the competition, whilst Apeks and GamerLegion earned their berths via their performances in Elisa's online events. HAVU claimed their spot by winning eSM 2023, a Finnish regional tournament.

Only one spot remains vacant for the Finnish LAN, which will be filled by another invited team.

Teams will be split into two GSL-style best-of-three groups to kick off the event, with opening matches being best-of-one. The top two teams from each group will progress to a single-elimination playoff bracket, which will sport best-of-three semi-finals and a best-of-five grand final.
