MOUZ turned it around from down a map and 3-11 on the second to eliminate Complexity in last place.
Complexity have exited Elisa Masters Espoo in joint-last place following a crushing 1-2 loss to MOUZ in Group B's elimination match.
The European side moves on to play FURIA in the group decider for a spot in the playoffs on Saturday at 18:30 .

As two of the world's top five teams, MOUZ's and Complexity's recent form made them heavy favorites to come out on top of the group also featuring Apeks and FURIA, but they had to go head-to-head for survival after they ended up on the receiving end of best-of-one upsets in the opening round.
Complexity looked like they had the series secured without breaking a sweat after convincingly winning their pick, Overpass, and getting off to a fantastic first half on Inferno, but a relentless MOUZ fought back from the daunting 3-11 scoreline.
Off the back of big impact plays from Dorian "xertioN" Berman and a couple of late clutches from the Israeli and Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás, MOUZ went 10 in a row on the T side to deny Complexity the chance to end it in two maps.
The series went to Ancient, where MOUZ did a large part of the work on the T side with eight rounds to their name, preventing Complexity from stringing rounds together and getting any momentum on their side.
The American-majority team looked to recover in the second half, courtesy of two big rounds from Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski in the pistol round and the second gunround, but ultimately could not complete it after torzsi's multi-kills put MOUZ back in control.
"It was pretty crazy actually, especially the Inferno game! We joked about it outside, it kind of felt a bit like a FaZe game, it looks like you are playing really terribly and suddenly you win every round and all the clutches," xertioN told HLTV after the match.
"It felt good to be on the side that is winning this time, because we have lost to FaZe like that the last couple of times."
