The Finnish academy squad enacted their first change in 17 months.

ENCE Academy has officially welcomed Teemu "⁠teme⁠" Korva to their roster for the upcoming season, marking the first lineup alteration for the squad since its establishment in July 2022. The 16-year-old will step into the shoes of Youssef "⁠juissi⁠" Adam, who bids farewell to the organization.

ENCE Academy have also recently secured a contract extension with the team's hottest prospect, Paavo "⁠podi⁠" Heiskanen, whom Guy "⁠NertZ⁠" Iluz picked as his bold prediction in this year's top 20.

New addition teme recorded just 30 maps of play on HLTV under the Enhanced banner while also appearing in three matches for ENCE Academy in October. He averaged a 0.86 rating in his short stint in the academy lineup but has now been signed as a permanent member.

Meanwhile, juissi departs the team following a 17-month stint. As a founding member of the project, the 21-year-old averaged a 1.01 rating during his tenure and helped ENCE Academy secure top placements at various Finnish tournaments, including a notable triumph at Elisa Open Finland Season 5, where they emerged victorious in the grand final against HAVU.

Wonder where will juissi go? Maybe HAVU since not only airax isnt a good rifler (so getting juissi wouldnt change much), his tactics also dont work and apart from the lucky ahh run they had at Elisa they were ass for the entirety of 2023.

Im not saying airax should be top fragging and shit, Snappi, apEX are all great IGLs and somehow can still have a better rating than below 0.90. Ik your biased because you are finnish, but lets not lie here, Elisa run by HAVU was VERY lucky. Finnish crowd boost on LAN + No one knew how to play against them. And overall juissi over airax could be an upgrade since juissi is only 21 and already has some experience as an IGL

airax isint that good in my personal not qualified opinion but +juissi is just not the move at all. You can't replace airax currently unless you take someone like arvid and even then it not an upgrade and rather a sidegrade but again just my personal opinion.

Just as the guy above said, recycling old players is the reason finnish scene died. juissi will provide some fresh air for HAVU, which is very much needed, since HAVU's current system just isnt working. I understand that it would not be a upgrade now, but propably overtime, yes.

Because they were both "Lucky" to face the easier group and their playstyle was also unknown for their opponents. Apart from that i still think juissi scould replace airax in future, or even now.
