MOUZ sign Brollan on loan

The Swedish player will remain with the team after impressing in Abu Dhabi as a stand-in.

Brollan is part of MOUZ's roster for the new season

MOUZ have signed Swedish rifler Ludvig "⁠Brollan⁠" Brolin on a loan deal from Ninjas in Pyjamas, the German organization has announced. The announcement comes just weeks after the former fnatic star played for the team as a stand-in at the BLAST Premier World Final following David "⁠frozen⁠" Čerňanský's transfer to FaZe.

Brollan acquitted himself well in Abu Dhabi despite showing some signs of rustiness after over three months on Ninjas in Pyjamas' bench. He posted a 1.10 rating and a 1.22 impact rating as MOUZ made it to the semi-finals of the event, where they were defeated by FaZe in two close maps.

“My goals for 2024 are that I want to try to be at the top again as an individual player and also to win some trophies with the team," he told MOUZ's website.

"I know that’s going to be a tough task, but I really want us to be a contender team for titles. MOUZ is a very good team and I want to help them stay at the top."

Brollan: "I think I can still be a top player"

MOUZ's first tournament of 2024 will be the closed qualifier for the European RMRs, scheduled for January 18-20. They are the highest-ranked team in the B qualifier, which also includes three other top 20 teams in Spirit, Eternal Fire, and Astralis.

Next month, the team will travel to Poland to compete at IEM Katowice, where they will enter the tournament in the group stage.

With Brollan's loan signing, MOUZ now have:

Seeing how he played standing in he might be able to flourish in Mouz free from NIP jail. I see people talking about how only played good since he had a good team around him but at the end of the day he performed well, whether it was his team that helped it or not. Sometimes players just need the right system or org, and NIP screwed him over. Having beef with your own org is bad for morale, this might be what makes the difference. I will wait with excitement to see Mouz become a title contender.
