BnTeT enters free agency

The Indonesian player is back in the pool of free agents and considering all options.

BnTeT is looking for a new home after his time in NKT

Hansel "⁠BnTeT⁠" Ferdinand hasn't caught a break since leaving TYLOO in January 2020. He landed in Gen.G and won DreamHack Open Anaheim in his first outing before the team fell apart and the roster was benched during the online era.

A stint in EXTREMUM came next, but BnTeT couldn't plug the hole left by Justin "⁠jks⁠" Savage in the team and the organization pulled the plug on the project less than a year in after missing out on a Major spot.

A return to TYLOO in 2022 ended when the team failed to make the IEM Rio Asia RMR, and a trial at Apeks was unfruitful. BnTeT then joined NKT, which had started as an Asian super team in 2021 but has been losing steam since its inception.

Now, after being on the sidelines since August 2023, BnTeT is ready to jump back into the server as his contract with NKT has expired. The Indonesian leader has stated that he is considering all his options and is open to talking to teams and organizations interested in his services.

I'm sure he is going to aim as high as he can, but if that doesn't work out, there a few smaller orgs investing in SEA now. Surely one of them would love to have an experienced player like him.

The story of his career is really sad to me, he used to be a great talent, and from that he went to being an inconsistent player and an underwhelming leader in Asia... That's just so sad, I doubt he can comeback into being relevant, really really sad.
