TheMongolz beat LV 2-0 to win eXTREMESLAND
The Mongolian team claimed the trophy in Shanghai with an undefeated run.

The MongolZ showed they are the team to beat on LAN in Asia by winning the regionally stacked eXTREMSLAND 2023. The Mongolian side showed some bite after recently receiving a hard blow in the IEM Chengdu qualifier, which they lost to TYLOO after beating them in the upper bracket.
The Garidmagnai "bLitz" Byambasuren-led squad made it unscathed in the best-of-one matches in the group stage, breezing past ACME before coming out on top in a marathon 54-round Inferno against TYLOO, which ended 28-26.
The playoffs kicked with a match against NKT, the Mongolian-majority team which also counts with Hyun-Pyo "XigN" Lee in its ranks. They didn't make it easy for The MongolZ, forcing three maps and overtime in the decider, but couldn't complete the upset.
The MongolZ and Lynn Vision, one of the rising teams in Asia since mid-2023, met in the grand final after the Chinese team defeated their countrymen from TYLOO in the opening round of the playoffs. After a close Ancient which went to a single overtime, 16-14, The MongolZ breezed past LV 13-3 on Anubis to claim the title.
