TaZ: "Maybe we need a coach"

EsportsFrance.com has conducted a video interview with Frag eXecutors man Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas following their early exit at the Extreme Masters World Finals.

Frag eXecutors have bowed out of the competition at the group stage, with just two victories from five matches, and six points behind top-placed sides Evil Geniuses and fnatic.

Wojtas, who had indicated he felt his team was "in good shape" in an interview with HLTV.org, claims there is "too much pressure on the team" and has indicated that signing a coach would probably help them improve their fortunes in future tournaments.

You can check the complete video interview, conducted by EsportsFrance.com, below.

First of all pasha isn't skilled enough to participate on this kind of level. And he has been proving it since ESWC last year. And yeah Neo isn't on his form right now. But I wouldn't blame him for those defeats. Team is performing badly and he can't manage all those things by himself. He needs support. As I said pasha needs to be changed. Drive is on top form at the moment. Maybe he could help them.

No he's not an awp specialist. It doesn't change the fact that pasha, an awp player can't hit shit. So I would risk having five very good rifle players and let Neo play awp than stick with pasha. Who can't hit shit. It doesn't matter if it's awp or a rifle.

And I supose U are a better sniper than Pasha is?? em' I right Janusz...?? I suppose not. One thing about judging other players... if u happen to do that, just for the sake of others on this forum, please try to learn if Ur even skill-wise close to a player Ur judging. Couse in other way Ur shitty noobish talk has no credit. The only person who should be fully free to evaluate on Pasha's performance is LUq himself, due to the fact that his considered tb #1Sniper in Poland as also he is the one who has been replaced, NOT U so remember this and stick to it.

are you fucking kidding me? I don't need Delpans skill to observe players. I've seen hundreds of matches and tens of great awpers. And pasha isn't even close in terms of skill to any of them. He's a medicore awper at most. And you must be dumb as a pile of nails if you think that every supporter commentating players needs hardcore CS pro background. I've done my share of playing and this much I know. Pasha won't be able to compete on this kind of level. Not now not ever.

You are so retarded. Why would he need to have extraordinary awping skill to express his thoughts on some other awper? It doesn't make sense at all. It is basically the same like to say that you need to be worlds best actor to judge other actors performance in some movie. You don't have a clue what are you talking about, seriously if you really don't have anything wise enough to say, then just keep your mouth shut until you are asked for.

Oh I does makes sense, see... critisism is a thing that should be spoken by ppl who are apropriate to do so, having the right justification and U obviously lack that, simple ex. if Pasha played bad an he's to be blamed than I sugest U watch Taz, besides I dont get it with U ppl focusing on the part: "U have to be as good as that guy to say his playing bad".. It's kinda funny how narrow-minded U ppl are, instead U should be asking Urselves who am I to say that a PRO "cant hit a shit" and what kinda of an authority am I to say that he's the one to be blamed I always do that so should U or at least try...

You completely don't know what are you talking about. Seriously how old are you?! You don't have to be good at anything to express things, even if it is "he can't hit shit". Why? Because it is the truth. You have to face it sooner or later. Even in other sports, like football, hockey, basketball and etc. fans notice the teams performance after player changes and they call whether the player will succeed or not, does he have the potential or not.
2010-03-03 22:16

I don't need no fucking authority to see that he's missing all the shots. Have you even seen those games creton? You're talking obvious non sense. You made a stupid point in the first post and now trying to back up from it by saying we're narrow minded. Oh man...

no he's not a good replacement. I'm not saying bring Luq back cause there were certain issues with him but pasha is just not good enough. He's been playing with them since ESWC and never really showed any signs that he will fit in and bring something to the team. He's missing most of his shots, new tactics suck ass...change him!

TaZ used wrong word, he meant manager I guess like in PGS times (Ryan) who always take care about everything, yelled on them when they lost, he even entered serwer to check how they are playing and tell them what should be improve, also was great friend (in the end smth changed, but still they speaking about him well now). Anyway pasha disspoiting if you dont agree you are just blind, of course he still have some time... but not much.

Well , I thought that pasha can do some damage to top teams , but as we could see , he's an onliner.. He played really good in ENC matches or any other online games.. Now he showed that he isn't good enough at lan but it may be because of pressure.. There are 3 options to see them back on top.. Give him a time or take LUq/drive to the team instead of him..whatever :P

He isnt onliner ;p just never face so many top teams on big lan, where every match is like final - the highest cs level. In ENC he played against Spain, Isreal etc. its not the same what Fnatic, Mouz and mTw for example? But as you said and me already 2 times, its not end of him, pasha show us that you are world class player! or call Luq and back to PGS:P

He played versus Denmark , France and he was impressive , but now with his really bad game with 0.75 K/D... He has a huge potential but he needs more experience and they have months of pracc :P

if they change pasha i think there is an option of khrystal who is good awper and can use rifles, but the main issue is the language. so drive is the best for the moment.

I think that the bigger problem with them is that Neo and Taz are underperforming.Especially Neo.

I have had it with all my countrymen... The "Pasha issue" in FX is just getting on my nerves. All of U who say he can't handle things besause of his skill..., maybe U should replace him instead?? whould that be a good solution?? I guess not, so listen... The most noticable thing I witnessed watching demos from the mathces FX lost was that they didnt play as a team and the second thing, that struck my the most, were the tacticall erros they made, for ex. the oXmz match, when the had a 4vs2 situation with Rigo securing one BS and taking them down single-handedly imo that was an 100%r that should've been won. Besides that the 2v2 on Train when facing EG they had the bomb planted and Kuben doing the backs

they do not require a coach imo they just need to follow the wise step that H2K.cs team took i.e acquire a new lineup and then TaZ would do a great coach himself.. =)

According to me they should change they Tactics of playing rather then havung a coach. E.G. The biggest mistake FX make is that they always rush as they dont know to camp and wait for their opponent to push but rather in Every condition whether CT or T they always push . Neo In NUKE always go to RAMP and push from there . Sometimes their pushing give them a plus point but mostly it failed to give them desired result. If they change there tactics they can have a different result in future Or else they should quit now and start a serious life.

sad to hear those bad things about eswc but nothing better than hearing the truth... There were many other polish interviews in which players calculated that organisators from over the world owe them approximately 100 000 $ :o Player's wages only remaining source of income?

someone said above that they don't need a coach as they have won so much without one... so my question is if they won so much then they won it cuz they know cs right?? if they know so much about cs then why the hell do people think they know more than them?? pasha pasha pasha... he is there cuz neo and co. thought he was good enough... he must have something... don't they practice with him to know exactly what he is capable of?? if they think he is the problem then why don't they change him then?? as a cs player i can detect the slightest of weaknesses in my teammates as i play with them then know them... i am not saying pasha ain't the problem as i haven't seen the matches... but i think they know him better than you guyz...

yes, just look at neo's K/D rate (1.3) and he's the madfragger of the team.

rofl mibr just lost to NiP in 3rd overtime in CPL Spain because of elemeNt poor portuguese... they were playing dust2, it was elemeNt and pava vs ahl, pava died and said "hole" (in portuguese), elemeNt understood "door", then ahl came from the hole (bombsite B) and killed him, then NiP won the match

Maybe FX's manager was tormenting them (especially pasha) before tournament! And dark band of managers were threatening to kill them or some their relatives if they will lose!!!!
