The 22-year-old returns to the team after two months on the bench.

The former Tricked player had been on Sashi's bench since December

Sashi have announced that they have inserted Mathias "⁠PR1mE⁠" Carlsen back into their starting lineup. The former Tricked player will replace Frederik "⁠Fessor⁠" Sørensen, who has been let go after a two-month trial.

Fessor joined Sashi at the end of December alongside Nikolaj "⁠niko⁠" Kristensen as the team stepped up preparations for PGL Major Copenhagen’s qualifiers. The Danish side added even more experience to the squad with the short-term signing of Johannes "⁠b0RUP⁠" Borup but couldn’t go any further than the Round of 64 in the open brackets.

PR1mE has been with Sashi since October, averaging a 1.04 rating during his first stint with the team before being moved to the bench in December. He already featured for Sashi on Friday as the team beat Illuminar 2-1 in United21 Season 11.

Sashi sign b0RUP on short-term deal

Sashi have not provided any updates on b0RUP’s status, with the 24-year-old’s deal set to expire at the end of this month. niko is currently on loan from 00NATION, who have parted ways with their entire starting lineup as they are pivoting away from esports.

He's always been known as the guy who made up for bad stats with a strong understanding of the game. Back when he was a player he typically had very poor individual performances. Dude was always big brain... Ya know, until he cheated/compromised competitive integrity

one of the players with the best eyecheck but lowest rating. Don't know whats wrong. Polar opposite of stavn. Bad eyecheck but very high rating and gamesense.

Yes but his eyecheck is not top 10 player material. He does not have insane anything. Just looks like a normal pro playing CS mechanically.

I mean eye test is not just mechanics but everything else aswell. Stavn is always attacking at right time and he is soo good at multi killing, i appreciate it wayy more. Honestly bro i think us danes overrate borup lol, he is for sure better than the stats say but honestly his eyetest aint even all that, and i think his decision-making is very mid even in his roles

You are talking about gamesense. Eyetest just means you look at someone play for 1 minute and garner information about can they play the game. That's what people mean when they say eyetest.

When ppl say eyetest they mean how good their game looks when watching. Gamesense is part of that every1 judges like this to various degrees.

Eyecheck is simple: Look at someones POV what do you think. This looks like a good or bad player. Stats, gamesense all of that is not a factor. That's what "eyecheck" means. You just look, don't really think too much. Maybe for 10 seconds. Simple, weird eyecheck. Shaky aim. Crosshair placement is weird. Someone with very good eyecheck is device or niko. Insanely smooth aim, protractor ass crosshair placement. GOOD eyecheck. That means you look at their POV and after 10 seconds you think this mf knows whats up. Even hooxi has a good "eyecheck". But his stats are horrendous. So you see eyecheck has nothing to do with stats or gamesense. It simply means whan you just look at someones game does it "look like" they know how to play CS.

Like if i watch a demo of a player is that not eyetest? The way people play off teammates on the map/next to u is an aspect of gamesense that u actually can kinda judge without larger context. Hooxi does not have good eyetest his aim is very mid, its just that ur view of a 0.86 player is skewed cos of ur own experiences u expect some1 like this to have subpar aim which he obviously doesnt. Some1 like STYKO who has similar stats as hooxi would be a solid example actually. I mean if ur a player that understands the game at a solid level then u must judge a player from not only mechanics. LIke its almost impossible to only look at this and have anything positive to say. I mean every1 in the pro tier 1 scene has a "good" eyetest since all them mfs know wats up, sure sometimes u could be watching a very bad moment from them but if ur taking all this value from such an eyetest then ur the one wronging them u feel me? TLDR: I understand why u got this definition of eyetest, but it doesnt bring any value, and u are just skewing ur own view of players by judging like this. Even analysts dont think like this when they say eyetest (atleast the decent ones dont). Stats are not part of eyetest obviously but aspects of gamesense is, but u have to understand what things u can judge with the info u have.

I don't make that definiton. I don't use "eyetest" ONLY to judge someones game that's just what it's called and how people use the term. Look at a simple POV. Seriously. His crosshair placement is rarely very good. Aim is shaky. He doesn't look "clueless" but from just looking at him darting around the map you wouldn't think he was the absolute stats goat of CS. And then he flicks or microadjusts instantly onto people. That is an example of "eyetest" where you are fooled. You seem to think eyetest is somehow a good gauge at someones gameplay. The whole point of eyetest is that it's not a good measure of *actual* quality. I'm not taking any value out of an eyetest. You're completely misunderstanding what this is about. The very first comment you responded to was about how stavn does not have an insane eyetest yet still farms top 20. Wait so if ur watching a demo of s1mple (only watching not doing anything special or whatver) what would u call that? And yeah u prob wouldn’t think simple is goat stats for cs with eyetest but u deffo can tell he is elite level among tier 1-2 pros. Ur og comment made me think u were implying that borup has a better eyetest than stavn

well yea borup does have a better eyetest most of the time. I think he has better mechanics last time i watched POVs oof them. Just watching a demo is just watching a demo idk what you mean.

so ur saying eyetest is when u watch the tournament stream of a match and see a player for 5 seconds at a time? and everything else is not eyetest? Does borup have a better eyetest than stavn in this round because the observer was on him for his entry kill but specced someone else when stavn gets a 2k so u didnt see it? When u watched POVs of them what do u mean by that?

No. I guess you just don't understand it. I can't explain it any better. It's just a cursory glance at someones gameplay. That's it. It's no deeper than that.
